I received a quote for repair of my car damage. The people were nice and pleasent, but the quote seemed unreasonable. I suspected that this was the case and got quotes from multiple body shops. Needless to say not only was the quote excessive, but there were so many contingencies that they included, it was possible it could almost double the estimate. I found a very reputable body shop, they did a great job and the estimate was significantly less and firm. No wonder insurance rates are skyrocketing.

Carl from RPM came to me and told me they would give me the best install ever! I had 11 vehicles I needed light bars installed. My preferred installers were backed up. Between my preferred installers it ranges between $1,100 and $1,600 for a light bar installation.Carl then calls me to tell them it’s taken 26 hours of labor for them to work out the Light Bar installation. They then want to charge me $1800 to $2200 to do a light bar installation.We will not be using RPM in the future and will be going with a Sound Off Signal Certified shop! I should have listened to the 1 star reviews!

The past few years have been hard to find good people to take care of our auto needs. These guys are great. Knowledgeable and willing to help. Aligned both of our big SUVs and they have a ton of awesome accessories. Little secret that I just discovered is that they sell complete sets of wheels and tire take offs from their project/dealer cars at a great price.

No service after the sale. They just pass you off to voice mail over and over again and no one returns your calls and when you do get someone on the phone they tell you they can't help you and return you to voice mail again that never gets returned. They are now closed on weekends and I suspect they are on their last legs. Don't waste your time or money here
