Absolutely horrible, the tow truck operator punched a hole in my perfectly good oil pan and then tried to blame the damages on me and my wife.They will treat you like your a child and won't accept there mistakes..... (Update) 11/21/03 This place is still as horrible as it was if not worse.. on top of everything I've said in the beginning which should be enough reason to use a different towing company as it is, But these people are liars and will tell you one thing and not keep there word. We were told that we could get our car for 100 dollars instead of the thousands it was gonna cost originally ( because they knew darn well that they were responsible for the damages and they also said to take our time coming to get it since we live over 100 miles away.. anyways upon coming to get our car we called about 30 min before we got there to make sure we could have time before the office closed to get our car and that's when the older gentleman who i believe is the manager said our deal was off because i wrote a negative review... This guy is a complete snake in the grass and is a horrible person to deal with..... Please anybody wishing to do future business with this company just consider what I said in this review.... We're currently in the process of sueing them because of there negligence my family no longer has a running vehicle which has been a huge burden to get my small children anywhere ...... Take my advice and go somewhere else even if it's more expensive because you will save in the long run...Service: Car towing

Awesome place to deal with. We were up from Texas on vacation and got into a wreck in Lyman and they picked our car up, saved me hundreds and even helped me get the car moved to another property to store it until we dealt with insurance so I’d save money instead of them holding it and racking up fees.100% recommend them to anyone needing help with tows or recoveries. If I ever need help they’re the ones I’ll call when I’m up there!

Was in my first car accident at the end of 2022. I was pretty banged up so I was taken to the er. My husband stayed with the car and Peter's was there in no time. Super nice and helpful. Our car was a total loss but we were able to go up there and clean out our vehicle. Everyone there was super nice and professional. They gave us all the time we needed to get our belongings. Highly recommend if your ever in need of a tow etc in the area.

Thank you so much to Pedro for the quick, and friendly pick up on the i-5 when our car overheated. Amazing fast service. I unfortunately got into a pretty bad accident and needed to remove my stuff out of the car. Seeing the car for the 1st time since the accident made me fall into pieces all over again. Although I was standing there crying like a baby they comforted me and gave me all the time I needed. So thankful for their kindness and understanding.
