Update: I've just received my vehicle back from having the front motor and a battery cell replaced under warranty. They fixed their mistake and refinished my wheels at no charge. They took care of other things for me as well and I'm really grateful. The repair was a big one and we estimated it would be a few months for the parts to arrive but they got it done within a month! That was a good surprise. For those who are iffy about giving them another chance, don't think too hard. Just do it.

I called the Dealership to ask about their inventory and see if they had the car my partner and I had in mind. Mark Bos picked up the phone and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and sent us the pictures of the car so we can see more photos other than the ones on their website. We drove from Bellevue to Burlington to take a look at the car. Mark was absolutely knowledgeable about the company's vehicles and taught us so much about this brand. His energy and enthusiastic personality made us feel comfortable and even more confident about the car we wanted to get and we happily purchased it right away. If you are looking for a Volkswagen but not sure what is right for you, call the store and have Mark tell you about the options and cons and pros of the vehicle. We were truly lucky to be able to meet you and have your guidance. Once again we thank you so much Mark for an amazing experience we had with you and the time you spent to make sure we are happy with our purchase.

WAY overpriced to start, then they don't want to service anything after purchase. Very disappointed in myself for not checking into reviews before deciding to spend my money here!!

I have used the service department here for repairs and servicing my 2018 Passat. Each and every time, Daniel and the service team do a fantastic job. They keep their promise on costs and deliver on time, not to mention, they are the friendliest to deal with and always share a smile.

Mark, Danielle and Spencer all provided amazing phenomenal service. I did put this on the volkswagon survey I got, but I just cannot tell you how amazing Danielle is. She is phenomenal and I mean she is the biggest asset you have because honestly she is the reason I will be bringing back my car there and only there from here on out. The whole experience was unbelievably phenomenal. I truly felt like I was the president walking into the White House. I just called and talked to Mark, who again of course gave me amazing service. Ps....I couldn't find a sales page, I searched for it a few times, as I actually asked how can I put a review on Facebook and make sure it goes to the sales FB page, although this will somehow find its way. I'll still look and try for the service Facebook page also either way I wanted to put this everywhere and anywhere. You won't be disappointed taking your car here for service, and even better purchasing it there. if you see Danielle in the service Dept you'll see what I mean!! phenomenal!!!! . Spencer was great too and of course Mark, except Danielle just helped me first and like I told Mark in 47 years of me having experience (aka my age ) of customer service she hands-down provided the best service I've ever had in my entire life at least for this type of purchase /Service. NOW I get why people bring their cars to the dealership. It's worth a little extra money because it saved me a ton because they can figure it out the first time !! I went through two mechanics they couldn't figure it out it was a simple spark plug wires, pretty sad I had to drive it to the Volkswagen dealership all for that I called my old mechanic who is now fired LOL and I explained to him the two fuel injectors you thought was the problem he installed two of them the first one he thought was broken it didn't work, put in a second one didn't work, he finally said "you need to take your car to the Volkswagen dealerShip". He charged me 150 for the diagnosis only which was the same price that Volkswagen charged me for diagnosing it I'll definitely be back they are phenomenal the whole team and the store is beautiful. And you can't go wrong with a Jetta I mean come on that car no wonder nothing was wrong with it it just needed a tuneup LOL after all it only had 70,000 miles on it why would my fuel injector go bad that soon. LOL. I really downgraded I had a Mercedes S 500 it costed me about $2000 every other month and it was pretty new way too many upgrades I kept it for a while and then bought my Jetta for a commuter car and man that thing has never let me down 70,000 miles later it is purring now with a simple tuneup. THANKS EVERYONE AT VOLKSWAGON KARMART IN BURLINGTON WA.

KarMART Volkswagen service department is excellent. Especially, I can say that Danielle went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was 100% satisfied with service. Highly recommend KarMART and their service department!

I bought a brand new vehicle recently at Karmart VW and the experience was very pleasant and stress-free. If you go, ask for Mark Bos. He's a terrific salesman to work with. He answered all of my questions, got me a great price on the car, and met the very specific requirements I had for the vehicle with no hassle. Mark is honest and trustworthy. The entire car buying experience was very easy, and Mark made sure that the paperwork was handled expeditiously so I didn't have to wait hours at the dealership. I highly recommend Mark and Karmart if you are shopping for a car. BTW, I bought a 2020 Jetta and I am really enjoying it. Great car.

I'm happy with the vehicle I bought. But their customer service needs some help. The salesman lied about features on my vehicle, he was very very push and demanding and was working while he was sick which meant myself a very pregnant at the time got very sick!!! Their maintenance department is not well run. My husband was there for something that should of taken 40 min and they took 4 hours!!!! I won't be bring my car back to them. I'd rather spend extra money and take it someplace closer to me then deal with this craziness.

They only good thing they did was get my fiancé and I into new cars. The guy we we're working with was...nice enough. The day we got my fiancé's car he was very nice accommodating, and informative. Next came my car. Asked me to come ASAP to sign the loan contract. So pack up my 1 month old drive 35 minutes down just to sign a piece of paper. Wasn't even picking up the car that day! Guy then asked me to bring cash for my down payment, $3,000 in cash? The day we get my car (2 days later) he informs me they can't find my extra key or owners manual, I it must have been "misplaced". Okay fine. After almost 2 hours of signing everything, he says hey guys I have to go help these customers real quick. 45 MINUTES LATER, he's finally done sending these guys off in their new car while we're still waiting again with a 1 month old baby.

Karmart VW has been amazing to purchase vehicles from!!! Mark has been our saleman for the purchase of most all our vehicles. He and the dealership have been very communicative and straight forward about the purchasing of our vehicles. In June I purchased a Golf and an Atlas. I have referred friends to the dealership and they have also had amazing experiences at this dealer with Mark. Please consider purchasing your next VW from Kartmart and go in and ask for Mark! The services department also is topnotch.

Picked out a 2018 turbo charged Ford Escape slate gray blacked out wheeled sun roofed and on and on. No argument on the price. Took about 2 hours and we were finished. Thanks to Taylor and his putting up with my bearish moody attitude he did exceptionally well. I won't mention what happened with Michael and the phone call but I digress. Fast and easy good price and nice anniversary present for my wife. We'd go back for sure!
