If I could rate a zero I would. Impossible to get a live agent in the UNITED STATES & even more impossible to find out any actual factual information about your shipment the only response you will get is a script answer from someone overseas!! "I understand Mam" is all they can say pathetic

Several customers have called us complaining that FedEx was stating they tried to deliver their firearms to us while we were open, with the driver stating that no one was at the business. We tried calling and the representative just kept saying that we should put or business hours in the delivery instructions.

I waited at home on Orcas Island yesterday for a delivery - the FEDEX driver didn't come to the door, just left a note on the deer fence. I called FEDEX and I was told the package was in Burlington, so I took the ferry and went to Higgins Airport Way office where I was told the package was in Eastsound and they took my phone number so the driver could call me first thing. I offered to meet the driver ANYWHERE on the island. So, here I am wasting another day waiting for a package, haven't heard from the driver and one is unable to contact the hub via 1-800-GO-FEDEX. This is absurd.

Actually no stars. They lie, lie, lie. Had a package that was to be delivered btwn 10a and 2p today. Its now 830p and no delivery. I have been home all day. Web site says they tried to deliver at 1030a, a lie. I was sitting in my front yard all morning reading. Now web site says "No scheduled delivery date available at this time", even though it said it was out for delivery. Now, I have to travel to pick up my package 35mi away at their office. Useing the phone to contact them is ridiculous. No human talk only computer. I can't even schedule a new delivery, and can't call them to see if my item is there.will hopefully never use them again.UPDATE - Item was delivered the next day, but they can't read. See pic. Clearly says "This side up, handle with care". Also this box was opened before delivery (see the tape on top of the box). The top had staples in it to keep closed. The staples were there but had been ripped out. Nothing was missing inside the box, so why was it opened?DON'T USE FEDEX!!!!!!!!!!

If your package shows up at this location there is no hope of getting your package on time from this god forsaken location. Never seems to disappoint on delivering packages late. Worst location ever!!

This FedEx branch is completely dysfunctional. An item I ordered was scheduled for delivery seven days ago, then delayed until 7/18. On that day the tracking info said it was on the truck for delivery. A FedEx truck pulled into our driveway that afternoon, stopped briefly, and then left. At 8:30 p.m. that night the tracking info showed "Delivery attempted - Customer not available or business closed". Well, the item I ordered doesn't even require a signature, so the delivery should have been completed regardless. I've done parcel delivery, and it seems likely that drivers are making bogus scans to appear like they're trying to fulfill orders when they're not. Tracking said another attempt would be made 7/19, but no such attempt was made. Instead tracking that night shows "Delivery exception - Future delivery requested" (by customer). WHAT!?!? We didn't request any change to the delivery - we just want our stuff. This same FedEx branch 'delivered' a new Mac computer last year by literally dumping it by the side of our driveway out by the road. In the future I will do all I can to avoid having parcels shipped via this lame outfit.

The Burlington FedEx site is where packages go to die. If you live north of Seattle and see that your package went to Burlington, don't expect to see it for a while. The so-called investigations won't do anything when you call customer service. They also won't let you pick it up since the shipper didn't specify site pick up, so God forbid if you provide identification that has your address because that won't ever be enough. If they were so worried about the shipper, then why don't they actually deliver the package in the time they promised? That's a commitment they're failing with the seller AND the buyer. I've had so many packages die off in Burlington it's not even funny anymore.

I actually disagree with what a lot of these reviews are saying. I had similar experience with messed up FedEx logistics and a missed delivery, however, a simple call to FedEx (short hold time) and I was able to intercept my package at this location. I showed up 5 min before they closed and they were super helpful and got me squared away immediately. Logistics go bad sometimes I get that, but giving this place a poor review is unwarranted. These guys are merely the end of the road in massive web of logistics, and they do pretty good if you ask me.

Amazon needs to stop using Fedex Burlington service, worst service you can get, they have either the worst drivers who can not find the address or too lazy to deliever your package so they take your package back

Fedex drivers coming from the Burlington, WA distribution center have been unable to deliver to my apartment since I moved here in 2020.I have been home every single time they have "attempted" a delivery.I can count in one hand the number of times I actually received a FedEx package at my home.So I began having them delivered at a Walgreens. What they don't tell you, is that even though Walgreens is open at 8am, they do not deliver to Walgreens on the weekends, no matter if they are open or not. Yep. They put the package on the truck for no reason. Then they mark it as "business not open" (even though the business is very much open) Thankfully, I found the distribution centers real number. The one customer service will lie and say doesn't exist. (360) 428-3410They will tell you the drivers are all contracted out with various driving companies. Drivers are no longer FedEx employees. They will offer to have supervisors to call you, but it's all a song and dance. If you have constant problems when something is being shipped via FedEx:My advice: As soon as you get a shipping/delivery confirmation, either have it held at their location or at a Walgreens, etc. The physical Burlington hub location:2000 S Walnut Burlington, WAGeorge hopper exit Right Round about Take a right Phone number directly to a person at the hub:(360) 428-3410They close at noon on the weekends, so don't listen if they tell you to pick up after that on a Saturday or Sunday. They say they are open later on weekdays, but I personally wouldn't make a long drive out if it's after 6pm. Hopefully this helps others not have the long wait and repeated fake "delivery attempts".

I ordered a LIVING ANIMAL who was supposed to get to me at a very specific time due to him needing heat and special care, he got to me 6 hours late. Freezing cold and on the verge of death the driver claimed she "forgot" he was in there and that she didn't know it contained a live animal. Absolutely outrageous! You would think because he is a living creature he would be the first of the packages to be delivered but no he instead was the very last. Never again. Worst delivery service ever!

Its always a random roll if you'll get packages from this location on-time The excuses given can be generally summed up as "lazy." This location could care less about delivering your package unless its convenient for them. They use contract drivers so its truly random every time.Another bad experience from this place. Driver left my package in a pile of snow next to the road. Our driveway was shoveled and salted. This place is the pits.

Absolutely the worst option for Skagit County shipping. Packages sit in Burlington for days and even a week. The updates on email show being delivered, delayed, on the truck, etc. It's ridiculous. You can't even go down to the hub and pick up your packages because when you call with your tracking number they tell you it's still on the trailer and they have nobody to unload them.

On Wednesday 10/12/22 around 11am I went to pick up a package containing a rare species of arachnid that had been held for pickup at this location. I was skeptical using fedex especially for an important shipment as I’d had bad experiences in the past. However I was very pleasantly surprised. The employee noticed there were live animals in the package and that it was chilly outside, and she brought them inside as soon as they came in, not knowing whether they had a heat pack or not. She was quick and professional when I arrived and was appropriately gentle with the box. All of the specimens arrived alive and healthy. I will be using this location for future shipments. It is so nice to see that someone cares more than the job strictly demands.
