Every time I order something from Amazon or eBay or whatever and they say it’s shipped with FedEx I cringe because FedEx is the worst service provider ever you can’t even talk to someone about your package they have ruined Christmas three years in a row. Deliver the package to my door like UPS what’s your problem

This isn’t a fedex store as the internet shows. Took over a half hour to find and it ended up being inside the Walgreens store. Missed my deadline.

Jason is the best. I first encountered him at the beginning of 2023 when he helped me to make copies for my divorce proceedings. He was very pleasant and was very nice in showing us how to use the machines.Interacted with him again today when I needed to ship something out and he was very friendly and made an impression. I will continue to go to this location for my FedEx needs. Jason is an asset to the store.

I had a question about my package so I called them and the man on the phone was super nice. I came into the store to pick it up and the service was super fast. I'd definitely go there again. My problem was my last name, I thought it'd be a big deal because my package had my maiden name and my ID has my married name. The man on the phone just told me to bring an old ID or marriage license. But really I didn't need that. I was freaking out over nothing. Lol

Been waiting for a material delivery for almost 4 weeks. The first attempt I can understand as we had snow that day but it was clear 3 days later. Roads have been dry for 3 weeks now and I can't get them to pull it off and let me pick up. Trying to get a hold of a human is a joke. Automated voice keeps telling me it's on the truck and to be delivered and that a rep couldn't give me anymore information. That's been 2 weeks of calls.

Worst delivery service in the region. Used to blow the other carriers out of the water but unfortunately not anymore. Local hub is 13 miles away and my package still can’t seem to get delivered after five days overdue.

If I could give it less stars I would.Every package seems to get delayed, and never makes it to my destination on time.When I pay for overnight shipping it took several days. When I asked for a refund on the over night shipping they said they were not able to do that because "the fine print" says its ok to do this to their customers. If I have the option I will never use fedex again.

PIECe OF SHIT FedEx people need to update their STUPID times. On MAPS it says they close @ 8pm!!! That's a load if crap shit. I got there around 6:50pm & they were already close. Wasted my damn time!!! If I could I will give them 0 stars!!!

Absolutely awful. Iv had two packages driving around on a truck for 4 days now. And this is not the first time this has happened to me. They also CONSTANTLY loose my stuff. Or they “ can’t “ deliver it so they return it. Never actually bringing it to my house. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I’ll be making sure from now on when I order something it DOES NOT GO THROUGH FEDEX!!! I’ll pay 75$ to ship with literally anyone els at this point.

You had my package “arrived at carrier facility” so many times and you kept changing it to new arrival - no idea why you can’t get your staff together to deliver packages properly. I know calling you would be a nightmare. I’m waiting for my package over a week sitting at your location at this point. It’s taking way longer than it needs to be. You’re the literal worst location and I have no idea how you’re in business.

I am not one to write reviews but I feel I have to for the safety of anyone who relies on package delivery for medical supplies, food, or any other time dependent necessities. If your package is at all important, use any other shipping service available to you.I ordered a package containing vital medical equipment with an estimation of 5-7 business days for delivery. Soon after, significant snowfall occurred, so I requested the package be sent to a holding destination. After a few days, I still hadn't heard back from the receiving facility, so I went to the facility in person, and learned the package had not yet arrived. By this time, my supply was running lower then I am comfortable with. After wading through multiple, frankly unhelpful and unsympathetic, support personnel and spending a few hours on the phone, I was able to determine the package was received at the Burlington Fedex facility, and had not been labeled as moved. I went directly to the Burlington facility, and after waiting outside for 45 minutes, I was able to get someone on the doorbell. I told them the nature of the contents of the package, and after looking for a few minutes, they informed me that the package was locked on a truck and they would personally insure that it would be delivered the following day.A few days pass, and still no package. I return to the Burlington facility, and let them know that these supplies are needed again, and I cannot leave without them. After they looked throughout the facility for approximately 3 hours, they determined that the package was scanned into the facility, but never scanned out, and that they have no idea as to the location of the package. I requested that as soon as the package is discovered, to send it to the original address and leave it at the door as I work long unusual hours. With nothing else that they could do to help me, I requested the healthcare company send another package with overnight shipping.The next day, they had found the package and sent it to my address with an employee in a personal vehicle. I was at work, and the employee was about to leave my address with the package for their home, fortunately someone was home and caught them as they were driving away.I received the package with approximately two days supply of vital medical supplies remaining. Currently the package that was supposed to be overnighted in lost again in the Burlington facility.I cannot state it enough, if your package is at all time sensitive, DO NOT trust Fedex with your package.

Incredibly slow. People are nice but delivery service is terrible. Once a package goes to this facility, it will stay here until i put it on hold and pick it up.

My experience with FedEx is mixed. My wife's meds come reliably, but orders that I place on the Internet that come from far-flung places like NY, take forever to get here. Then their estimates are off. Marked my package as "Out For Delivery" from Troutsdale, OR and I live in Lake Stevens, WA. I was sort of planning my days around these deliveries to avoid theft, now I have to wait until Monday because FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturdays. I would drive up there and pick it up from their distribution center, but it says it's already "Out for Delivery", arriving on Monday and I'm sure it would just be a sheet show anyway given this company's refusal to do anything close to customer service. I can see why Bezos decided to build his own distribution network because this one is broken.
