I had some minor body damage to my 2019 Ford F250. Ernesto gave me a really fair quote on the spot and made arrangements for delivery a few weeks later. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process with no surprises. The end results exceeded my expectations and I have made arrangements with Ernesto to do additional work on another truck on mine. I would not hesitate recommending this business to anyone and would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Ernesto!

We took our 16 year old Suburban to have significant, but cosmetic, damage repaired. Ernesto did a beautiful job. The paint matched perfectly and was well done. The price was very, very reasonable. He even ordered a used replacement tail light to replace our damaged one. That saved us money and matched our other tail light perfectly. Ernesto was very pleasant to deal with. You have to contact him via cell phone, which sometimes involves phone tag, but that is a minor inconvenience. Excellent work, good to deal with and great value. We just had our 16 year old Suburban repaired at Ernesto's shop. It had pretty extensive cosmetic damage. He matched the paint perfectly and did an excellent job. He even ordered a used (excellent condition) tail light to replace the damaged one so that it would keep our cost down AND match the other 16 year old tail light. Ernesto was very pleasant to deal with. We were very pleased and would highly recommend him and his work.

We have been taking our daily driver vehicles to Ernesto's Touch Ups on a regular basis for over 5 years. Our friend, who recommended him, uses him for detailing his show cars. We have always found Ernesto is pleasant to deal with. His attention to detail is noteworthy. He is knowledgeable about auto paint and other surfaces, including leather, vinyl and plastic. He has cleaned polished and painted all of the above for us. We feel that the price for his service is fair. Based on our experience, we would recommend Ernesto's Touchups.

Took my vehicle to get a little paint work touched up. Wish I hadn't. It came back with new scratches, a dent I don't recall seeing prior to dropping it off and there was hardly any proper prep work done prior to applying the paint. Hopefully the paint will not flake off in the future. I also had to remove all the overspray on the rest of the vehicle outside AND inside. Visibly bad work showing pits throughout, I took it to another bodyshop and they said they really couldn't do anything with it because Ernesto cheaped out so bad on the clearcoat, it is too thin to color-sand. I will need to have the vehicle sanded and repainted, which I cannot afford to do. He won't make it right so I'm out what I paid him for. Sloppy work

I very much agree with the negative criticism...this man is a fraud, he painted my car and I changed, he put the cheapest paint on it and charged me as if it were top quality. Now months later the paint is peeling and my car is rusting with the rain...I'm thinking about going to sue. DO NOT GO WITH HIM.

I would give him a NEGATIVE -5 stars if i could, Horrible paint job, and worse attitude ever. Also the crew of guys he has there are very rude and disrespectful. Left scratches all over my car. Beware, if he does not like you to beging with, you will have a very nightmare like experience. You have to really watch your words with this j*** and you better lime his final work he does for you because it pisses him off that you are not sayisfied with his end result.

I have been saving for a long time to get my car detailed, and am really upset with the service I got from Ernesto's. I asked for interior and exterior detailing -- and apparently this doesn't include buffing the car? I just paid $200 for my car to be only washed and waxed?!? He told me to come on Monday, and after coordinating a ride to drop my car off, when I showed up he said he was too busy and to come back the next day. I came back Tuesday and he said it might not be done in one day because he had other jobs to do. He asked me twice how much he had quoted me. When I picked my car he said "It really needs to be buffed". I said "Well, why didn't you buff it, then?!" I don't understand how this man is in business with such bad customer service. When I said I was unhappy and would have paid more to have the job done correctly he didn't offer to make it right or fix the job.
