Sydney and Chris in the service department, found I had a weak battery, causing some issues with my 23 Escape hybrid, they replaced my battery under warranty, and returned it to me, and now it works better than ever, Thank you Sydney and Chris, your Awesome!

Very easy to schedule a oil change appointment online. I was taken care of on my appointment everything was easy quick and smooth.

Zero stars if I could. Took our 2016 Expedition in for recall repairs. We asked them to quote repairing the seat heaters. They responded with a LONG list of other things that 'needed' to be done. At the time I gave the go-ahead on most as I didn't want to deal with replacing suspension \\u0026 drivetrain components in the weather myself. We did not receive a service loaner, and had VERY little communication unless I was persistent about reaching out to them. Supposedly the seat heaters were repaired, we paid $800 for that work, although they didn't work when we picked it up. After weeks of trying to get in contact with them, I was able to drop the truck back off, and get a service loaner. I was quoted an additional $1500 to fix the seats, and when I asked about the work that was already done, and what parts availability were like over a week ago, have not heard back. I've texted and called every day they are open with no response. I understand being short staffed, but having spent over $4K initially, to receive no communication since dropping the vehicle off again, I am at the end of my rope. I'm hoping to warn others and possibly get some resolution for myself. Planning on picking up our truck when I have time off work at the end of the week.

We had a HORRIBLE experience. Ordered parts in advance - even rescheduled my appointment to accommodate a back order - spent two hours waiting on my truck only to learn they never even started the service: they had given my parts to someone else. No apologies. No explanation. I would absolutely not return under any circumstances.

My 2021 F-150 with 4,000 miles had the A/C quit. After FOUR visits they finally fixed it, as summer winds to a close. They don't answer their phones, they don't call back when you leave a message, they don't respond to the web forms. Totally unprofessional. Today, after three visits, they told me that it would be two hours at the most, so I didn't take the shuttle to my home 20 miles away. At the three-hour mark I spoke to the service manager and he told me that most of their people are brand new and shouldn't have promised anything. There may be many reasons, but employee retention is a manager's job! I was there nearly 4 hours. I will never have any work done there again, and will never buy a new vehicle from them again (I've purchased 3 in the past). I would give minus 5 stars but that's not an option.

We dropped our truck off for recall work and was told it would only take one day. 3 days later, we found out our service person was out on a personal emergency and no work had been performed. When talked to manager, was told they are short staffed and had no reason why no one else took over the accounts. She then scheduled another appointment and arraigned for the truck to be picked up at our home, serviced, and brought back but the day before they called to cancel with no explanation and wanted to schedule out another month. WE WILL NO LONGER DEAL WITH THE PLACE. Customer service is not their priority.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change online, mentioned needing check engine light diagnosed, checked the box to request a call. Tried several times to call, no one would answer, no one called.
Brought car in, and associate checking me in was more interested in getting me to buy additional unnecessary maintenance services on a 2500 mile car.
After service, check engine light not addressed. Actually had to ask if they checked the light when they didn’t mention it when asking for payment.
Only at time of payment was I informed they wouldn’t even try to diagnose the check engine light. Would not have had oil change performed if I had known you weren’t going to address the main issue I drove over an hour for. Won’t be back. I’ll go to the closet dealer who doesn’t offer online scheduling but at least answers and returns phone calls.

I came to Ford Skagit 5/10/21 in the morning, due to a check engine, and it seems a dead battery as well. (i know that this is not a one day fix) The lady at the service desk, told me the next appointment was next MID JUNE, i said that wont work, i also said what if i can give you my vehicle? the lady said you can't our next appointment is until JUNE, we wont be able to see your vehicle... A dissapointment!!!
They will not entertain me so i called FORD MARYSVILLE; i gave them same problem, they are book as well until JUNE, but Frank at service desk, told me the other option is if u have another vehiclefor your driving needs; ill be happy to get your vehicle in and work on it; its lot better than JUNE appointment.
