The advisor in service for my appointment was very nice and professional. My vehicle had an oil change done and it was done within 45-60 minutes which was great. I did very much appreciate the detailed video that the service technician sent to me in regards to recommendations etc.

This is a wonderful dealorship and I have always had wonderful service, however, at my last visit they had a sign posted stating they will charge 3% for credit card transactions. They will say that is what the banks charge us. That’s nothing new, it has always been thus. So why are you charging that now? Sadly, I will now have to look for a more competitive service provider.

Shopping for a Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in Seattle was a frustrating experience. Local car sales people simply didn't listen and had no interest in selling us what we wanted. They wanted to sell us in-stock XLT models, most of which had expensive options that we didn't want. Buying a car in Seattle would also mean higher sales tax (than outside of the immediate area), something we were willing to accept, if the dealerships listened and respected our choices. Since that was impossible, I did some research and found that Skagit County was a great place to purchase a car for the lowest tax. After a recommendation from a friend for Dwayne Lane's Skagit Ford, I contacted them. Our experience with Dwayne Lane's Ford salesperson Rubi McGinnis was good from the start. After discussing what was currently in stock, we decided to place an order that very day. Currently Ford Maverick production and waiting times are difficult to predict and quite long. After over five months Rubi called us to see if we wanted a Maverick Hybrid which had arrived and was nearly identical to what we had ordered. We replied affirmitively, went up to Burlington the next day and purchased the truck. Their staff guided us through the process and has helped us to set up any perks associated with the purchase. Our experience with everyone at this dealership was great, we like our new Ford Maverick and highly recommend Dwayne Lane's Skagit Ford.
