Just purchased a 2024 MX5 Club. Live in Seattle, called them up, they (Derek G, who is a very friendly sales manager) placed the custom order for me online to my liking and worked we me on a fair price - I didnt have to make the trip up there. Once the car arrived they sent me a credit app at home, so when I went there all I had to do was sign the papers and drive off with the beautiful car on a sunny Sunday evening. Derek kindly showed me the Mazda connect app and gave me a few infotainment tips and tricks that helped speed things up! 10/10 experience. Make sure to enjoy Chukanut drive on your way out with your new car - I did and it was terrific

If you decide to do business here, pay a lot of attention to any quotes you get, especially "Total Taxes." My first quote had roughly 12.5% taxes, when the local tax rate is 8.6%. This is roughly $1,000 in extra "taxes." It doesn't match the taxes from the deal breakdown on their website (see pictures). I was told they don't control the tax, that it's the RTA tax (which is in the government fee already), a sob story, and more. When I was leaving, the manager magically found a "mistake" in the "tax," saying it was based on my home address not theirs. The updated quote (see pictures), supposedly corrected, had 10.59% "tax." Still roughly $530 higher than the local tax rate. They even wrote 8.6% on the quote. When I calculated it in front of the manager, he balked saying it's the system. Another local dealer provided me quotes the same day with accurate taxes, to the penny. If you need to make more money in the deal, put it in the price of the car! Don't advertise discounts on the car, and try to make it up in the "taxes!" Shameful!

This review is for the service center. If you are a woman, beware. I had to bring my car here for a standard recall on a part on the trunk door. When they were finished, they called and informed me that they did a check on the entire vehicle (I was not informed beforehand that they were going to do this, and I did not ask for it) and when I arrived they proceeded to hand me a list of recommended repairs that totaled over $2000, several of which I was very weary about because of recent prior history. When I told them I was going to pass on their services and take it to my mechanic, they were very condescending and insisted I sign a waiver because they did not think the car should be driven at all. I took my car and their list to my mechanic (who is extremely qualified and whom we have trusted for years) and he SCOFFED at their list. It was riddled with unnecessary charges. He checked my car that same day and found no immediate concerns. He noted that several female customers had come to him recently with similar experiences.
It’s a shame because I was interested in buying a car here, but after my experience with the service center I do not consider them trustworthy
