Highly recommend Discount Tire of Burlington. They are quick and professional, always great service. Shawn is super knowledgeable and helpful, he helped me get warranty replacements for my tires that were wearing out too fast.

Very friendly staff and quick turn around. I’m from out of town and my horse trailer had a flat. I needed to get it patched before my long drive home. They had my tire patched within an hour and it was FREE. After the stress of travel and knowing I had a long drive ahead it made my day! Every person I interacted with there was very friendly and helpful.

Was in there yesterday, had to replace a tire due to an alignment issue on my car that I had not realized was so severe. Aunya(?) took great care of me, what a pleasure on a day I originally thought I was just getting a flat fixed.

Came in with a damaged tire I had bought at discount tire in Gainesville Florida. Glad I bought the road hazard coverage. They put on a NEW tire, and got me on my way. $37.23 total cost. I’ve needed discount tire while in 4 different states. That’s why if you travel or move around this is the BEST tire company.

Very efficient and curtious staff. I went in with a tire that kept losing air. They fit me in, inspected and corrected the issue. I was in and out in under an hour but in that time I overheard multiple staff answering phones and speaking with other customers. They were always informative and respectful. Highly recommended

There was an error and communication issues so I went in for a refund.
The manager met me at the door and took responsibility for the mistake. He understood my frustration and offered solutions.
Instead of going elsewhere as I had intended, I ended up completing my business with Discount Tire.
Someone that's willing to take responsibility for the screw up is someone I'll continue to do business with.

Adrian was outstanding with excellent 5 star customer service. Adrain went above and beyond to give me the info I needed to share with my husband that was out of town to purchase the tire he requested and took the rim form my car as well.

Went to have a repare on a leschwab repair and they couldn't do it like they said they would. Ended up with a new set..still cheaper the scwab.

I’ve been using Discount Tire since 2005 ranging from Az to Washington. Hands down Burlington has always gone that extra step to ensure customer satisfaction has been met. For Shawn, Lucas and the rest of the crew keep up the great work.

I came in today to get a nail taken out of a tire. I moved to oak harbor washington from california. I could of went to les schwab but was referred to Discount Tire. Immediately upon pulling up I could see why. I was greeted by Lucas. I explained my situation and Lucas went from an employee to an angel. I ended up with 2 new tires!! I am traveling 4 hours away and he wanted to make sure I was safe. I bawled in front of total strangers. Every employee was so happy to be at work. I'M NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY TIRE NEEDS!!° TODAY I FELT LIKE FAMILY, NOT A CUSTOMER!!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! CUSTOMER 4LIFE!!!!
