Blew a tire on a Sunday and new Year's Eve. Came in around 3:30, and although the staff were all given permission to leave early for the holiday, they stayed to replace the tire on not just the one wheel, but all four, and did so in roughly 45 minutes, with proper balancing and airing of the wheels and securing the wheel nuts properly. I do work on my car myself so I can tighten the lug nuts again for their 100 mile (I believe) check up but they made sure to issue the reminder and maintained a positive life saver. I made it to the ferry on time to get my friend back home for the holidays, all because of their help. They even put the spare back in the trunk under the lid even though my trunk had stuff in it, all without disturbing my items or complaining. I'll be here again for my other vehicles :)

Costco ScamWent in to get the tires I purchased there balanced and rotated (2 yrs 20k miles) After they had it for 15 minutes they called and said “you got to come back here, you need two new tires because yours have huge gushes in them, btw we are having a tire sale…”I go back, they have my car already off the rack so they can’t show me the tire damage. I left and went straight to les swabs. They took care of me in one hour, they saw no tire damage

Joshua was very friendly and helpful. Recommended a couple things I should have done, and tires were quality tires for the cost. Plus Costco's backing of their product is always reassuring.. will definitely do this again

Poor customer service provided and damage to vehicle by technicians.Costco tires has stripped or cross threaded three lug nuts on my Subaru. They insisted it never happens the first time. But it has happened a second time to two more lug nuts. They again insisted that this never happens and it must not have been their fault (they are the only ones who have rotated my tires). The Subaru dealership in Burlington said this happens often and it is due to the technicians at Costco. So, unless you want to replace lug nuts every time you get your tires rotated- go some where else.

We go to Costco 2-3 times a month. Have never had a rude employee or really any negative experience. We buy food there, and eye glasses, cell phones, tv, speakers and pretty much anything we can. We even get some of our prescriptions filled there and we get flu shots etc. too. One exception to the "no rude employees" - one of the guys who give shots is really rude. But we love Costco, no complaints here.

I need new tires on one of my cars so I visited the Costco Tire Center in the Burlington WA Store. The person at the counter was not busy but he wasn't interested in helping me. He was more interested in playing on his phone. Disappointed, I stopped by Les Schwab in Anacortes. The sales person at LS was eager to help me and he answered all my questions. You get what you pay for and at the Costco Tire Store in Burlington it's not very good.

Extremely poor customer service. I came in today to purchase an iPhone 14 pro max shouldn't of ignored the red flags... I was standing in electronics for about 5 mins had to go out my way to find the electronics guy. Once I do I ask him if I can purchase the new phone he says sure of course sir I receive the ticket and head to checkout now the proper thing to do once I'm at the checkout stand. (would be take my ticket go to the back and check and see if it's in stock.) they don't do that they have me pay almost $1,400 for them to tell me after I paid actually were sold out! If you guys would've just said "hey were sold out at the moment we'll have more in stock later sorry for the inconvenience" i would've been on my way. But the salesman boasted and acted like it was in stock and I'd be walking out with one in my hands how heartbreaking.

Five Star service!!!I had a pretty bad gash in one of my tire's sidewalls, and it needed replacement on a Sunday before heading back to the city. Dustin was friendly, professional, and got my new tires on in a matter of hours (I ended up replacing two tires which made the most what in my situation). I highly recommend this tire center if you need tire service. Thank you for your quick and friendly service (and a great price, and my new tires now under warranty).

Initially, the staff did not honor my road hazard warranty in Feb 2022, and I had to buy a brand new tire to just get myself on the road. But just now after talking to the general manager of this Costco, I received a refund for my purchase of the replacement tire. Thanks, Mr Dan Beebout

I have to echo the sentiment about rude employees. Due to the incredibly dumb design of the restrooms you have to access them via the exit or fight through the check out lanes since any unused lane is chained off. The elderly, female employee checking receipts yelled at me for going through the entrance asking where I was going. I replied that I was going to the bathroom. She responded I had to go through the entrance. Poor customer service and I felt like she was on a power trip. All hail the Costco Receipt Checker! I'm not worthy of your most important job and thanks for delaying my trip to the bathroom!
