I was not aware of your shop until shortly before I came in. I had visited another where I had a ring made two years ago, but the person there was indifferent so I left and came to you. I was happy I did! I was given a fair price for the work I asked for and they were very considerate and gracious. I picked up my pendant and was thrilled with the work I requested. I will certainly return and recommend! Your selection of jewelry is the best I have seen in any NW store.

My fiancé surprises me with something from Charles every Christmas. I even have a diamond nose ring they made for me.Recently, I visited to pick out an upgraded engagement/wedding set. I had so much fun with these ladies during this process. They helped me chose the most beautiful design. The whole process was incredibly fast also! I love this place! These ladies are so knowledgeable and friendly. They do repairs on-site, so your valuable items will not be sent elsewhere. They do amazing custom projects, so bring your wildest ideas to them and they will make them a reality! They will also inspect your jewelry to make sure everything looks good and give it a shine while they are at it. This store has a wonderful selection of on-trend pieces, and if you don’t see what you are after, they will know where to find it for you. They take customer service very seriously. We are so fortunate to have such a great shop in the Valley!
