Have bought 3 cars from these guys. I highly recommend them for a hassle free , pressure free buying experience. The sales manager Larry always willing to work with ya and the sales guy are always on your side trying to get ya the best deal. Stopped by and got a new rig yesterday with Ray. He is an awesome guy, veteran, family man and just a good guy to work with and was able to pull off wonders to get me in the car I wanted. They have my business for life. Sold me a lemon. I went there desperate for a reliable car and ended up paying 20k for a 12k car. Car started having troubles LESS THAN 24HRS after I bought it. Has financially drained us over the last couple years and have been broke down multiple times with my kids in tow. The first time it broke down 6 WEEKS after I drove it off the lot I contacted them and had to basically beg them to give me a loaner while it was being fixed and they didn’t want to help me at all, didn’t feel bad for my situation at all. 2 years later and it’s still breaking down and I’m stuck in a horrible position with 2 kids and no reliable car.

The sales men aren't friendly, the 2016 dodge journey we bought looked great front a visual perspective. As we drove it it broke down 4 times. The first time we took it to them, they said it was fixed and it broke down on the way home. A month later it broke down again and they said they can't help me and the warranty isn't answering the phone. I am applying for the lemon law. I recommend bringing a mechanic friend if you end up in this car lot or just drive by don't stop.

The salesman Phil Stewart is the only reason I came to the store. Great salesman!!!! The sales manager on the other hand almost lost the deal. Just not a good attitude and does read people very well. From the start was bad mouthing my current vehicle and trying to down play its value. Unless salesman like Phil are there I wouldn’t go back! Thanks Phil for your Hospitality and hard work.

Amanda was amazing! She understood my needs, and found me the perfect vehicle in my budget. I had to take all 4 of my kids with me. She was very understanding and patient. They all were! We had an amazing experience with Amanda. She advocated for us, and they even took both of our old beater cars as trade in! (one did not drive.) They worked with us to get the best deal and were not pushy or rude. Were very understanding that we had had terrible experiences at other dealerships and made sure to get us a safe reliable family car for a good price. We are so happy with what we got! Definitely recommend BUCS and especially Amanda!!

Unless you want to end up paying $42,000 dollars for a $13,000 dollar car I would advise you go somewhere else! This place really took advantage of me when I was in a horrible situation! Go anywhere but here! They also like to charge a lot of stuff to you and don’t really explain what it is, so you end up paying for some stupid insurance plan that does nothing for you and they charge you $2,100 for that! Their “financial advisor” (wouldn’t really call her that) goes through the paperwork so fast you can’t even think straight! She barely explains what anything is! Just avoid this place at all costs! It’s not with the headache! They take advantage of vulnerable people and they do it with a smile on their face! Really the worst car dealership you could ever go to!

We were looking to replace a car. The sales representative, Joe Hill was helpful and patient. No pressure, easy to talk to. Offered suggestions that proved helpful. He had good knowledge.
