My experience with Brown McMillen Real estate was outstanding in every way. My broker Sarah Forbes-Newman was extremely helpful in getting me through the process of selling my 5 acre tract of land, including preparation of photos and documents, explanations of fees, and negotiating with buyers. She left no stone un-turned, covering every detail required. She consistently answered any questions I had with a prompt return call. Very kind and helpful team. We asked for Kristen Tuttle because how much of a help she was to us buying our previous home, she was the sellers agent. We knew we wanted her help selling the home. She was so incredibly helpful and super kind, always replying very fast and answering questions. Kids liked her and even the dogs who are scared or new people. I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend her and her team.

I am very grateful with my choice of Brown McMillen for the sale of my family home of 30 years. Growing up in Skagit County and at a very young age had heard high talk of Brown McMillien. They definitely upheld to their great reputation.In a very nasty divorce, Shelah handled this unusual and difficult sale with nothing but professionalism.
