Great person to work with was Blake Stevens, he helped me get back on track with my loan, keeped me updated every step of the way and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest him to family and friends for there loan needs..

Incredibly dishonest people. I can tell you, the default setting is to sell you a variable rate loan (2 attempts) telling you its xxx interest, without telling you it's variable rate. Typical scam, it's what they do. I can tell you also, after taking care of my parent for 8 years, and over 550 hours of unpaid family leave, they will berate you online for caring, they will berate you for being poor, they will berete you for making poor decicions, but in the end, these folks will berate you for anything. I have the receipts, never in person, but via email, you are worthless for taking care of your parents at end of life, they enjoy that.

I love the CU. They offer many services including safe deposits and withdraws just inside the building. Everyone is always kind and friendly along with quick service and informed staff to assist you with all of your banking needs despite it not being a "Bank" but a CU they offer great options such as credit building cards to assist those whom do not have bad credit but simply no credit. Along with all your other basic financial needs. Good area. Highly recommend this location

This is the worst credit union ever not only to they give out your information without your authorization their staff are incompetent unreliable and should not exist becu is this worst place to bank with ever, never use becu unless you like to lose your money their the worst of the worst ???????????????????

Pretty unhappy with how they treat their members. I opened an account, only to find up the person who helped me open an account, who I had help me due to having an issue opening one, opened up duplicate accounts in my name. Once I found out about the issue a over a month ago, I have called the call center 5 or 6 times within the last month to try and get it resolved, and every time I call I get a different answer, and today was the first time the supervisor (Richard) handling my case even reached out to me, and told me I have to go into a branch to take care of it. It shouldn’t take a month to resolve an issue they created, and costed me several hours of my time during that process. On top of that I was told to expect to wait another 7 to 30 days for my other issue to be resolved, a month after I was told the same thing. Really wish BECU would get their stuff together.Edit: I still had nothing but trouble with them after I made this review. They asked me to reach out to their “social” team about this but they never followed back up with me. In was in the process of filing a report with the BBB when I finally saw the money come through. This bank is an absolute joke. I was really hoping to have better luck with them as I was shopping around for a new primary bank.

Edit: after waiting 45 minutes (person who called about my complaint said 25…not true), I sat down with a banker. Was pre approved for a motorcycle loan a few days prior and was ensured I would not have to put any money down. NOw, after sitting down to get the check, BECU came back and told me I need to put over $2,000 down. I said that was not an option for me so they offered a personal loan with a similar interest rate. I agreed to that. They ran my credit AGAIN and offered a far worse interest rate. Why? Because it was the second pull on my credit in less than a week - and my score went down 70 points. Their fault. I had no choice but to accept the personal loan, because if I went to the dealership and ran my credit again, it would have been even worse. I then tried to withdraw cash after the banker told me they raised my ATM limit. Couldn’t do it (after two attempts with the banker). I left because the dealership was closing and decided to pay with my debit. Dealership charged 2% on credit transactions, so I called BECU again and asked them to fix the ATM problem. Was promised the issue was fixed. Drove 10 minutes (each way) to an ATM. Didn’t work again. So, I went back to the dealership and paid the $120 fee. Not happy. Pretty bad service. Received a call back from BECU today telling me that they will TRY to do something about the poor interest rate. I should have listened to the dealership when they tried to tell me that BECU is almost always a negative experience for their customers trying to get a motorcycle loan.
