Was served extremely quickly. I had a unique problem with my Alaska BOA credit cardWhen teller at window didn't have the tools to resolve she summoned bank manager to provide full attention and went out of her way to take care of me.I know this branch is way better then the reviewer stars reflect. It's just that the few that had a poor experience are more apt to leave a poor review than the hundreds that get phenomenal drive every day!

Cashing a check written out of that branch charges $8 to cash a check. You wonder why people think so bad of Bank of America. The response is open an account here and we will waive the fee. NOPE. I wouldn't bank with these crooks.

Visited the burlington wa. branch at approx. 11:15 am 9-5-23. Entered the bank and got in line. I noticed that there is a business account sign over the station to the left of the door. A post and barrier line devided the business account line from the other line. There was a person being helped under the business accout sign, I step out of line and moved over to behind that person. Once the teller was finished with that person I moved up to the counter. I was informed that there was only one line today and I would have to get back in the other line. I stated that I was there to make a deposit in my business account. The teller once again said they were only doing 1 line. There are several other teller windows that do not have the business account sign over them that they could be using instead. I ended up with this teller once I got to the head of the line. I stated my displeasure with the situation and was met with a obvious I don't care look. Once again Bank of America has proven that customer service is not a priority.

This branch is basically an in person atm. They can't do more than make transactions for you. My parents come here to make withdrawals, and anything beyond that, the counter folks are of no help. A simple account update such as changing your primary phone number can't be made with them or even getting change can't be done because apparently they have to have a manager or some specific personnel available who seem to never ever be there.

So I called BofA online to find out what was needed to get my last name changed on my CC. Gathering info I head to Burlington, the teller checks with two others and they agree I have required documents but I'd have to wait until one of them was available to help me. After waiting 20 min they escort me to a cubicle, only to tell me that I don't have the required documents needed, WTHeck?!?! Why didn't they just say that from the get go?!?! 1.5 hours wasted, I called the online number back and said they ALL need to get the required info needed from the get go. (When I told the teller this she said " they don't work in the branch!") Doesn't anyone know how to do their job?!?!No wonder the ratings are so low. Another very unhappy customer!Thankfully, I do not nor will ever bank with BOA due this experience. I wish Alaska Airlines didn't use them?

Last week I deposited a cashier's check that I received in the mail for an item I am selling. The teller stated that this check raised red flags and was possibly fraudulent.The check was for way more than the asking price. Luckily I received good advice from the teller to wait and see if the check clears which takes 7-10 days. Today I learned the check was counterfeit.

Very unhappy with the customer service. They used to be a fantastic bank and no longer are they helpful. Long lines, phones they never answer, impossible to ever talk to anyone at the branch. Must have an appointment to do anything but next to impossible to make appointments with them.

Garbage experience, waited in the confusing line set up as other customers complained about other customers due to the layout of the store, and reasons that those other customers had no control of, rather it was the banks fault, but customers were putting down other customers. Bank opened around 2-3 minutes late even though a line was wrapped around the building outside to get in. Once up to the counter to be helped, no help was received. The worker was an older woman, who had no people skills. The first words out of her mouth were in a wildly disrespectful tone, and was declining and deflecting what we had been telling her, even though we had informed her it was what the Bank of America app had told us to visit the bank, and she was refusing that she could help, and that we would just have to deal with our issue elsewhere. Whether she could have helped our issue or not, this woman was rude and acted in a complete inappropriate manner. From one bank employee’s eyes, I believe this worker may be damaging reputation, as I am no longer returning to this bank, even though it was my first visit, and the woman’s attitude and the complete lack of help from Bank of America in general, it has been the straw breaking the camels back, and I cannot deal with the issues this bank seems to have. I advise looking into the workers at this bank, and I advise reforming your workplace for en environment your customers and clients would actually enjoy returning to!

I appreciate so much Allen (totally amazing) who works on the Saturday (5/14) banker go above and beyond to help me arrange appt for wire transferring to payoff my mortgage loan. As we all know, each day the mortgages loan interest can be very expansive. Since all the bank of American are short staffing, I was running between guide meridian branch, bellingham as well as holly st, bellingham on Friday (5/13) and there is no one to help me. This costs ~$500 more to pays off my mortgage on the same day (5/13) vs 5/16(Monday).

Never have a problem, tellers are nice! Very clean place & in a great area in the heart of Burlington. Just wish they had a drive thru window for those who can’t go in due to having children with them or for the elderly. But overall I give it a 5 star!
