1751 Bouslog Rd, Burlington“Ben Richards Fabrication LLC did a wonderful job replacing my muffler, resonator, and damaged exhaust pipe. I have a 2014 Subaru Impreza sedan that sustained some damage to the exhaust (6" clearance on the vehicle). Also, the muffler was a bit noisy from a modification done by a previous owner. Ben Richards Fabrication gave me a good price (welded on a a new muffler rather than installing a more expensive bolt-on attachment). My primary complaint is that they could have confirmed scope with me before moving forward. (We had discussed the scope, but I would have liked to have given the go ahead before they started.)”

The work done was great AND they buffed out very noticeable scratches I’ve had for two years with zero charge and without requesting it. Whereas I got 2 other quotes at other shops and was recommended to replace the panel for $1,700. Amazing place and service.”
“Just purchased a 2024 MX5 Club. Live in Seattle, called them up, they (Derek G, who is a very friendly sales manager) placed the custom order for me online to my liking and worked we me on a fair price - I didnt have to make the trip up there. Once the car arrived they sent me a credit app at home, so when I went there all I had to do was sign the papers and drive off with the beautiful car on a sunny Sunday evening. Derek kindly showed me the Mazda connect app and gave me a few infotainment tips and tricks that helped speed things up! 10/10 experience. Make sure to enjoy Chukanut drive on your way out with your new car - I did and it was terrific”

“Amazing place honestly. The staff is polite and let my wife and I browse the lot without coming to get in our faces, like what happened to us at another lot that day. When we had a question, we approached them and they were able to talk to us very quickly. We described what we were looking for, what we were considering, what wouldn't work for us, and our financial situation. Not only did they take all those factors into consideration, they worked hard to get us an AMAZING rate on a new Subaru Crosstrek. Heck, we had purchased the car and were about to leave the lot, and they run out to catch us before we go, telling us they made one more call and got us an even better rate. They didn't have to do that extra work just for us, but we greatly appreciated it. They explained all the services and functions they could provide, worked with us, no hard sell, and all parties left the deal quite happy I believe. Definitely visit here if you're looking for a Subaru.”

“I went to this location for insurance work. I would have given a 5 star review based on the experience of this event, but unfortunately things happened after they fixed the original damage.They called me to come pick up my car and less than an hour after they called I was notified there was an accident involving my car. My car was hit in their parking lot. New insurance claim. More headaches. They couldn't fix issues with my sensors so it had to go to a dealership, but it got fixed. They did what they had to to get the car fixed I will give them that.Their communication was great. Their parking lot is small and apparently hazardous for parked cars. I hope I won't need their services for years to come, but I would return as long as they didn't park my car out front.”
