Terrible customer service. Rude

Dan came to our home and gave us an estimate and we agreed on a contract price and schedule to move big trees and resod the yard. His crew arrived one day after they were promised. There was no advance notice of the schedule change, we changed other plans and waited all day for them. Dan never showed again and did not call. The crew were not trained in moving or planting large trees, we supervised and got them through it. They did remove old grass effectively with a sod cutter and planted new lawn. The lawn seed is only 50% germinated after 3 weeks of good weather and twice daily watering. I paid the full amount due when the work was finished since they finished the job with our direct help on what to do. They were advertised by Dan as being "experts at planting grass", I think they did a poor job since it is not growing. I have texted and sent photos to Dan and had no reply. I feel like they should come out and inspect and reseed if necessary. The crew worked had but lacked skill and leadership. Don't depend on them to deliver what is promised without being there to tell the crew what to do.

I stopped by to see about storage and boxes. although the doors were open, no one answered the bell. I tried to call and there was no answer either. Poor service!!
