“I had an excellent experience when I went in to get some new tires. I did not have an appointment but I called ahead at 3:30pm and the person said they didn't have appointments left but if I came in as a walk in they would be able to take me today. The rep who checked me in, Chris, was very professional and looked at my tires was able to help me get the right ones, and I was able to get all 3 tires within my budget when I was only planning for 2. They were honest and did not try to upsell me on extra services and they stayed after close to finish my vehicle. I was very impressed and will definitely go there for future services.”

“I bought a truck from a dealer that went out of business.. the dealer did put Les Schwab tires and rims on it before I picked it up.. I've owned the truck for 5 years only using it in the summer only putting 20k miles on it. Les Schwab in burien honored the balance and rotation even tho I didn't purchase the rims and tires personally.Good stuff ! Thanks guys !”
