Worst customer service, wife had to use bathroom and they asked us to wait for someone to go and open the door for us. We waited 30 minutes and no one arrived. We left all the items we were going to purchase. Ridiculous.

I ordered online 6 days ago they didn't have a few of the items I had ordered so there would be an adjustment to my debit card it's been 6 days and it is still pending so I don't know when they do their adjustments but buying online without the insurance that everything you've ordered is actually in the store is ridiculous I'm having to wait 6 days for a refund Walgreens is actually quick to take the money but they're not quick to give it back

This place needs more help. They are very short staffed. But walgreens otherwise is great. I get all my prescriptions for me n my kids here. They are friendly. Just needs more help.

Possibly one of the worse walgreens in the area, older white lady worker complains about not having help but shes just sitting there helping the same customer who has been on the phone for 25 mins at the register rather than asking her to step aside and help other customers. You would think problem solving could be used. Severely understaffed.

Your pharmacy is a complete dumpster fire. Not one single friendly interaction in the 5 years I've been there. I've stopped going and changed to a pharmacy farther from my house because of the team you've hired. If I do go, it's purely out of convenience rather than a choice. One example of the terrible customer experience is the flippant cashiering, another is the complete avoidance of eye contact for acknowledgment of my existence, another is the incorrect refill of a prescription, another is never saying we'll be right there, another is a 65 minute wait time on a phone call that had 3 people ahead of me. Also, your automated system is really bad.Learn some empathy and sympathy for others.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the center store employees that I've encountered are great.

DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! 3 times I've been told to come back in an couple of hours and the prescription will be ready. Each time I go back I'm told "sorry we don't have it." Over 3 weeks time this has happened. The manager is USELESS as well. He just stares at you with a blank look on his face. He does nothing!!! They make excuses "we have new people". I'm not talking about a gallon of milk. This is medication people need to live!!! I've transferred my business to Bartells

Walgreens in Burien on Ambaum, fantastic staffn and service! They always have my medicine, and they fill it the same day my Dr. sends in my prescription. They answer their phone AND the young lady at the window, she provides superb customer service. She took the time to look up a discount, I mean that means a lot when you don't have coverage. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would! I appreciate them.

One because you can't grade no lower. Pharmacy staff are incompetent, slow and seem like they do not like their job. Prescription due at 2pm, come to the store at 5 and they tell you we are behind will have to fill the next day! You'll die before they get your prescription on time or right. A customer would do better getting it filled at Jack In The Box...

I love this Walgreens. I don't get any prescriptions here so I don't know about the pharmacy, which many people don't seem to like. But I have always encountered super friendly staff. And they don't always have what I need, but they try. My only negative is the parking lot. Which someone else has mentioned. They need to assign an employee to clean it up at least daily, or hire a service to do it.The theft problem seems like less of an issue than it has been. I don't know how any retail store stays in business in the current environment. At least they have shopping carts again. And they made a smart decision to not replace the ATM which was stolen last year. The biggest plus to this store is that unlike the other Burien drugstores, it's easy to get in, buy what you need, and get out.

The Walgreens is okay stocked, they close one of their front doors every night and some of the staff really do want to help their patrons but it seems to fall short every time.The reason I’m giving it a two star is because this is not a good place to go to get your prescription filled if you want it fast or on time. Every single time they skip over me and help someone else in line when I’ve been here since opening. Today I was the only client at one point and there was still a long wait. The pharmacy doesn’t even open until 9. The drive though is not shorter than waiting indoors. The pharmacists cannot seem to get the prescriptions out fast enough.This Walgreens has it’s fair share of problems.

I have called the store at different times on different days and have never had anyone answer, despite waiting patiently on hold for ages. Between this location and the location I used while living in Idaho, I'm pretty fed up with Walgreens. I'm going to see if I can get my prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Waited on hold for a long time to speak with the pharmacist. When he was finally available, he was EXTREMELY rude and impatient. After the conversation, he hung up the phone without even saying anything! Absolutely no manners! I understand he is busy and might be stressed but this is your job dude! Please do somewhere else! This place is awful!

Look at the other reviews. This store had its entire staff quit more than a year ago and it's never recovered. The staff are kind and are trying their best but many are new with little experience and their ability to handle the stress. Consequently they've had a really high turnover rate. My personal feeling is they need to fire the management and hire in enough staff to handle the workload. On three separate visits I overheard the staff tell patients that they were working on prescriptions at least three days behind. I've tried to be patient even though most visits (I'm there twice a month) have been over 40 minutes. And often the store doesn't have the medications the online system tells me are ready. LAST WEEK I MOVED ALL MY RX's to another pharmacy. It'll be a long time before I ever give them another chance. You lost a five- year faithful customer. You had plenty of time to correct the problem.
