Been here and a few other places over the years. I'll drive pass all the other places now days. I have two places I would go to, one is in Olympia, this is the other. Helpful, knowledgeable, on my way quick and happy with my visit each time.

New in neighborhood and 1st time at this shop and I'm without a doubt going to be a repeat customer. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very willing to help,and most importantly instructing the maintenance of how to ensure a long lasting vape!! Wow! Fantastic.

I changed from my previous vape shop to here because they are so much more friendly in general. One star taken off for the new employee that is not friendly and snaps at customers. I hope they’re ok, but I’m assuming that’s what the “rude” is referring to in reviews in the past month.

Unfortunately, I thought this was the best vape shop in burien. They had a sale 2 for 10 on some disposable vapes. They had no taste to them. I went back In and said something to the owner about them he was like, "Those are old and nasty. For 7 dollars more, you could have just got a nice elfbar a rechargeable vape." Even if you have a sale on your products, you should still stand behind them 100%. It's not okay to sell old nasty ones to someone who thought they would be atleast some what good. I even had 13 dollars he wouldn't even let me get another one that was discounted 2 for 30 that I've had before and like from somewhere else. What's a few dollars to have a happy returning customer.
