I have now bought 2 cars from here. To start the owner seems like he reviews every purchase himself. Of both cars that I have bought over the last 4.5 years he has been great, allowing me to look over the car and appraise it myself with no pressure to buy.
He has always provided me with complete information for the cars I am interested in.
The first car I bought was unfortunately involved in an accident, but this was the first place I looked afterward to replace it, because of the process and how well I was treated previously.
I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to look here first; I have always been treated well.

This is going to sound crazy, but buying a car from Han was the best interpersonal experience I've had in quite some time. There is zero pressure, he speaks to you in plain understandable terms, and most importantly projects a tremendous decency and honesty. Working with Han was a pleasure and I would absolutely do business with him again in the future.

Just got my car from Berhan and I cannot recommend him enough! Unlike other salesman, he was kind and not pushy in the slightest. I went to multiple other dealerships and felt so pressured and anxious, but Berhan was not like them at all. He said if the car was right for me, the car would be sold to me, and if he had to push, it wasn't right! He was very forthcoming on the history of the car, got all the information and CarFax to me immediately, and even promised to help with any parts or fixes I may need down the road. In addition, he worked with me through a complicated finance situation to take care of everything. He is incredibly fair, fast, and lovely to chat with! I highly recommend United Auto LLC for car shopping!

Best car buying experience every. The owner was very polite and there was no pressure at all. He was patient and showed me the car, answered all my questions. It was completely different than my previous car buying experience. Also other dealerships were charging me 700$ for car registration fees and said they cant help it, its Washington. However the owner said that's a scam. He only charged me 500 dollars, and the actual WA registration cost was 496$. So he refunded me back 4$. That is so transparent. I recommend him.

Buying my Hyundai Tucson from United Auto Group was an all around great experience. Han was great to work with and a very nice guy. The Tucson needed something repaired and since I was still interested Han kept me informed of its status and after repairs he drove it for a couple of days to verify that everything was good. I had a pre-approved credit union loan and he made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend Han and United Auto Group to anyone who is looking to buy a clean, quality used vehicle.

I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest delaship. They will tell you the truth. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I have bought two cars from them and they are very good cars. I plan to buy another one from them end of this year and give it as a present to my son. Great owner and very honest sometimes too honest.

You know the saying don’t go grocery shopping while hungry? That is what happened here. I take full responsibility for not walking away when the red flags started to show. I purchased a car here a month and a half ago. I have already had to put almost 4,000 in repairs since. Test drive went fine then two weeks later the dash lit up. Fixed that then the car started leaking all the coolant out of the car. You know those pre-purchase inspections? If you buy from here, I implore you, to make the time to do it with these vehicles. Like I said, I ignored the red flags that began during the appointment, knowing I was taking a risk with a used car no matter what. Event went with a coworker whom bought from them prior. But I will never purchase from here again, considering how much work had to be done within a short amount of time. I know car prices have surged in recent years, and you will be tempted by their prices. But this is an example of you get what you pay for and then some. In hindsight, I would save up a little more and go somewhere else.

Han at this hidden gem car lot United Auto Group was a game-changer! Even though we already had a car in mind, Han made the experience unforgettable. They've got a excellent selection, but you'll need your own financing. Han went above and beyond to ensure our targeted car was the right fit for my daughter. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

I didn't end up buying a car because the owner is immensely honest and has unshakable integrity. He walked me through every piece of work that had been done on the car and insisted that I take it for an extended test drive to see if an issue he'd experienced recently was just a fluke or an actual concern. He's a good man, and if I'd had just a little more money to work with, I would have purchased another car from his lot.

Went to so many dealerships until we randomly came to check this one out. Honestly the best dealership I’ve been to. People are personable and amazing.
Very professional and NOT pushy. They listened very carefully to what I specifically wanted and provided nothing less. My budget was very respected and they really worked with me to get me the best deal.
I am SO happy I chose this place to buy from! Keep up the good work! I’d highly recommend checking them out

Lair company.I bought car from here just 3 week, All of yellow light on, I go to another dealership to check my car, they tell me my engine have problems. when I tell him my car have a problem, he tell me go to court and he won' t help me. Don't buy car from here, except you want to buy garbage
