“A great company to work with and a nice alternative to overpaying for a vehicle in Alaska (even with transportation costs, I saved $500 buying out-of-state, because the Alaska car market is insane). I appreciated that Alaska Auto Transport did a scrupulous inspection upon receiving the vehicle, which helped catch damages caused by another auto transport company. The staff is friendly and helpful, and always answered the phone. They were accurate about arrival estimates and got my vehicle from Kent, WA, to Fairbanks, AK, within the promised window. I just wish they offered additional payment methods to help customers save on credit card fees (i.e., Zelle or direct debit) - I ended up doing a wire transfer to save on the $100 Clover fee. Closed container shipment would also be nice and something I would have paid extra for considering Alaska DOT distributes sand/rock on winter roads. Would recommend AAT and use them again in the future.”

“John and his team are awesome. We have tried several companies and none compare when it comes to communication and efficiency! They are super positive and great to work with even when there Are issues with the shipments. They stay calm and professional and help us resolve the issue. They are also super fast at loading and unloading and have competitive pricing. Their location is really convenient and easy to access when needed. I also like that they have nice new equipment which give us peace of mind that things will get done without their equipment breaking down like we had happen at some of the other competitors- putting us behind schedule. I am just so thankful we found them! Such a saving grace! We were frantically searching for a new company to do our transloading and temporary storage too and John was like an Angel sent from heaven. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”

“Easy to find, easy to maneuver, but they are slooooooow. Appointment time for unload was set for 11am. Arrived on time, provided doc right away but they are still working on my unload. It’s been 3 hours and my trailer is still 3/4 full.”

“I called and asked if I could pickup today instead of wait over the weekend for home delivery. They were wonderful, when I arrived at the terminal the reception desk was polite and efficient. I brought my truck around to the pickup location and the forklift arrived with my load within minutes. Wonderful service - Thanks XPO!”

Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”
