the staff is great at scamming customers who are a first time customer with t-mobile and tried to make my mom and I walk out and pay for 2 phones that came out to a total of 500. like either do what it says on your website or don't work at a phone company at all and the staff there isn't nice they are disrespectful and rude

I had a negative experience with T-Mobile. It’s disappointing to see a company prioritize the loss of product over their long-term employee. Firing a store manager who wasn’t even working at the time of the robbery seems to contradict T-Mobile’s core values of putting customers first, working together, acting with integrity, embracing diversity, and being accountable for their actions. I hope T-Mobile will take steps to ensure that their actions align with their stated values.

I had a terrible experience with T-Mobile. I was shocked to learn that the company fired a store manager after the store was robbed. The manager wasn’t even working at the time of the robbery, and it seems like a targeted tactic for corporate to place blame on a hard-working employee. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that claims to value its employees. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.

Just wanted to say Luis that works at this location is the best. He is very good at his job. Well spoken, great with people, and juggling tasks. He makes you feel like he's genuinely there to help. I appreciate the great customer service, now days seems like it's rarer to come by. Happy that I went to this location for my TMobile needs.

If i could give cero starts i would, i came in for. A wifi modum charger that i have now two at home that tmobile sent me with NO CHATGER/CONNECTIONS, tmobile cuatomer service told me to come or go to any tmobile store so i did, i did not gwt her name but shes kinda tall and blond, extrimately rude gal that works here at tmobile in burien minda accusing me of stealing or ripping off, i told her in the same tone she spoke to me and she said “I HAVE NO TIME TO ARGUE”, super rude, and unable to listen tome. Dont recomend this place when shes here because every other one here are nice. I work at public storage and even in uniform and still she had the audacity to pretty much make me feel likeni was doing something shatty
