The auto shop seems like the typical ones you pass by everyday, but it is different. When you walk in and talk to the mechanic, he is very polite and very informative and tells the real deal. He doesn’t have you wait a very long time to get the car done. I was a walk-in today asking for help because my O2 sensor threads on my downpipe was completely stripped. He said that he will have his tech take a look and see if it can be done. He wastes no time and makes sure he doesn’t waste yours. When he gets done with the car, he calls the customers right away and tells them that the car is done. There were couple of cars when I was there, but those cars were in and out and made sure the job was done right. I am glad my car got within today and didn’t have to wait that long. I highly recommend this place to those who don’t want to be sitting at a dealership all day waiting for the vehicle maintenance to be finished.

Highly recommend. So nice and straight forward. Saw me right away for my airbag light warning (luck also playing a role here I acknowledge) and diagnosed using the cars computer box readout for $90. They told me what they recommended based on previous jobs and what works. Then to top it off they printed out some places for me to find a new passenger seat, I called and I drove to get it, then I replaced it myself all in less than 24hrs. Could have been done in half a day. So much better than going to the dealer.

I was there for an oil change today.
I drove off with the car but realized that it’s loosing power and producing very thick smoke. On opening the hood I realized that the mechanic did not replace the oil cap and so the oil has spilled all over and the check engine light has now come on.
I think this is negligence of the highest order.
I am already very far away and towing it back to the garage will cost me an arm and a leg.???
I’m so messed up right now.

I brought my car in to get a lot of work done to it, mainly replacing the timing belt kit with new water pump tension and pulley the whole kits and a few other parts like spark plugs and wires, brake pad and rotors. Don't get me wrong the owner T is a good person, but unfortunately he had this Mexican young guy rude and careless he's the one that work on my car instead of doing a good job he has broken my timing belt cover and when confronted he gets mad not just that he over filled my oil so much it was leaking out and my car was smoking when I was driving it. So I had to bring it back and it was My differential cap it wasn't plug in all the way and the fluid was leaking all over. That's what causes the smoke and the transmission fluid was low as well. I would not recommend you letting this Mexican guy work on your car at t-auto shop, young dude if you see him ask for someone else to work on your car like Andy older asian man. He fix all of my problems when I brought it back in and he did a very good job I recommend him not the Mexican guy he's no good. I circle ⭕ the Mexican guy so you know who to stay away from rude and careless. One more thing he did something to my car alarm auto start so I had to get that fix with my own money.

I had my 2012 Prius towed here from NE Seattle. I’ve taken my cars here for a while now and it’s worth it. Dealership was going to charge me $135 just to give me an estimate. “T” fixed it for $85 plus tax. He’s saved me big bucks over the years.

Here today for an oil change and AC recharge. He has done all kinds of repairs for me over the years on my Dodge van, Toyota Carola, Toyota Prius (2008 and 2012), Highlander hybrid ('08) and now my Honda Plug-n hybrid. I work at Sea-Tac Airport and have taken my cars here for over 20 years. "T" is a great mechanic and very trustworthy. I will continue to take my cars here. Ask for "T"!

I always come back to this shop because the service is great and the price is very reasonable. I can get dealer parts cheaper than what the dealership charges. These guys completed my front and rear brakes changes in the same day.
