The folks at Burien Sherman Williams Paint are AMAZING. They’ve helped us mix colors to match the walls in the house we bought but had no paint for, they’ve helped us save money time and time again, and the paint is beautiful! They’re also friendly!

I go there alot alot and I'm Always Greeted warmly and quite often. They are very busy, but they move through their customers pretty quickly.

WORST location EVER. They did not mix the paint. Only two weeks old. Completely separated. I have spent two hours trying to remix it. Paint everywhere. Back at store. Completely aloof. They are well, we can reshape it for a minute. We see the color dab. Looks like she mixed it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

A professional painter I know swears by this brand, but I have come to swear at this brand. So far, the 3 different colors we purchased in quart size cans were not shaken well and we had to stir them ourselves and this was minutes of getting them home. Oh yeah, and this was 2 consecutive days, 2 cans the first day and 1 can the next, all not shaken well. On another color, although it is similar to a different color we are using, looks identical and not darker as we intended. We wanted to have 2 colors that are slightly off but in the same color group as an accent, but it seriously looks exactly the same. Now to the gallon of a yellowish color we selected called Lily 6693, it looks more like lemon and not a sandy yellowish color the sample suggests. All walls have been primed with 2 coats of their best primer and 2 coats of white flat wall paint we purchased from there that is horrendous as well. This is our last trip to Sherwin Williams and will be taking our business to Miller paint, where I know I can trust the quality, service and color.

There are a few reviews on here referring to rude "hipster" employees, and I have no idea what these people are talking about. I have certainly been in the store when there was a wait, but also when I'm the only customer there. I've never felt like the employees were rude or anything less than courteous and helpful. Selection was slim during the depths of the covid shortages, but that was true for just about everyone. When they didn't have what I needed in store they were able to send me to Renton Sherwin-Williams where it was in stock and even went to the trouble of calling the store to ensure that the inventory system was correct and asked them to set it aside for me. I've painted multiple rooms of our house and done a few furniture projects in the last 2-3 years buying paint from this store, and I can say that I will continue to go here first

Horrible customer service. Multiple customers standing around waiting waiting while two employees are helping the same customer. Even though my regular Sherwin-Wiliams location was closer, I went all the way down there to place a paint order as I also wanted to bring in some Sherwin-Williams paint for recycling as part of the PaintCare program. But I learned the harsh reality that while they always love to sell me more paint they really do not want to take any back for recycling. That they did not "have space" to take back a single gallon seems highly implausible. Certainly didn't want to go out of their way to help a customer. I honestly don't know why they pretend to be part of the PaintCare program when it is crystal clear that the absolutely do not want to take back any paint. As best as I can tell from their long list of hoops to jump through, they MIGHT take in paint for recycling on the 4th of never, between 3:01 and 3:03pm when the wind is blowing from the south and Mercury is in retrograde. Otherwise, it is apparently only reasonable to expect a hassle and a huge waste of time. I ended up leaving in disgust and went to place my paint order elsewhere. After a decade of patronizing Sherwin-Williams paint stores the people at this location have motivated me to never return to that brand.

Bottom of the barrel in terms of customer service. The employees clearly don't want to be there. From a customer perspective though it seems a great place to waste time if you're into standing around waiting for hipster service. But if you actually need paint, probably best to go elsewhere.

I was having trouble finding the right quality paint for my kitchen cabinets and the rest of my remodel, after going to Lowes and Home Depot I decided to try Sherwin Williams. I am happy I did because the staff at the Burien location were incredibly kind, helpful and patient in helping me. I appreciated their guidance in finding the right product. Go here if you want quality paint and great service ?? ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
