Would be zero stars if I could. Often the open sign is on, but door is locked and no employees to be found. Very, very often. When they are actually open, all the employees (aside from the sweet older lady) are all rude. They treat their customers as if they are a burden. Do not go here. There are plenty of other options.

Make sure to ask for a receipt it seems like they scan products twice and never give receipts to verify, also they don’t honor posted promotions on there beverages, wanted to buy 2 28oz Powerade zeros because a promo said 2 for $3 and after the attendant scanned each like 3 times and then appeared to cancel out some it came out to $8.49 I then pointed to the promotion that said 2 for $3 and he said no it’s $8.49 so of course I put them back and went on my way, I know it’s just a small amount of $$ but that scammy type of scenario gets under my skin. Location is great is it to get to from both sides of the road lots of pumps well let food is always fresh coffee is always hot and the nicest staff I will only come to this gas station when I'm on this side of town several times a week I would definitely suggest to anyone to come here if you're in the area for great customer service and all the other additional noted reasons above

Do not go to this gas station this afternoon I was accompanied by my husband and the boy who was at the cash register did not take his eyes off me. I felt harassed. I did not call the police because at that moment I felt so bad because of the boy's attitude.

Shell gas station on Ambaum Blvd SW , Burien , Washington 98146 is way cool they have gas and more stuff a person might need , this gas station is very easy to find and there's plenty of parking place's it's nice here . It's a sweet place to get your gas at and visit with your family and friend's . I like this place #love

The store is nice and clean. Employees are nice and friendly but one guy that’s was absolutely rude.. He came back from a bathroom break being disrespectful when I ask why were the doors locked for so long? He argued with me and told me if I didn’t like it go to another store which is far from my area. Then proceeded to argue with me saying you can call manager and she won’t believe you over me. He was very antagonizing and was trying to make me irate. I’ve never experienced such rude behavior from anyone at this store.. I will come back but definitely will be calling corporate on him for disrespecting a women like he did me and my friend..

Night shift SUCKS! Shell also has a new policy to scan your license / ID for tobacco and alcohol purchases. They are data mining customer information, all of the info on the back of state ID is stored in the bar codes on the back of the card, which they are collecting for god only knows what reasons! Shop elsewhere!
