Lately, groomers at this place do not care what the customer wants for their pup. It's all about what is easy and quick for them. No listening skills just reiterate and justify what they want to do as "in their policy." Pricing is as inconsistent as their service. I have paid anywhere from 70 to 120 for the same exact service. Always ask them pricing and what you are looking to do for your pup before making the appt. It's not a posh experience at all. They just responded that they charged more for matting, but they didn't put any time to get the mats out. They just shaved her down. Also, I have been there many times and this was not the first so I am not going to make an appt, drive down there and leave because you guys want to shave her down because it is easy for you, rather than taking the time to take care of her. I also made a time commitment to come down there. Like I said when I was there. It's not right and I don't agree and others should be aware of the experience!

Shoutout to whoever does the holiday decorations because they are amazing every single time. Maybe it seems like no big deal but to me, they take a lot of time to decorate and give the lobby a festive feeling all year round - tiny touches like adding pink bows to the ears of dogs in the paintings around the entire shop are ingenious, funny, and cute. We haven't done anything too intense here yet; we take our dog for her regular nail trim and never have any trouble getting in - thank you so much to the dedicated, gentle, friendly, kind, professionals who take such good care of our pup every time.

I absolutely LOVE this groomer. I found it because my groomer in Tacoma, Sabina moved here and I followed her because my dog LOVES her. after coming here for several months I've come to find that everyone working here is so good to the dogs and really takes good care of them. They are skilled at their job and so pleasant. it's clean and the dogs are loved.

We’re regulars at Posh Puppy and are never disappointed. The staff is great and Henley always comes out looking and smelling great. Great pricing and will accommodate anxious pets. Ever since he became a regular he has minimal shedding and always gets compliments on his healthy coat.

Not only does our baby girl look beautiful after every visit, she is excited when we arrive for appointments. This has never happened before and is all we really need to know about how the team at Posh Puppy interacts with and treats our fur baby. The shop is also clean, the grooming area is visible, the staff are friendly, and prices are great. Love Posh Puppy.

We love Posh Puppy and the amazing staff there! Honestly, Kyla, Yoon and staff are the only ones we trust with our dogs. Before Posh Puppy I did all of our dogs' grooming myself. Now, we won't go anywhere else. Typically our dogs can be a bit of a handful, but they always come back beautifully groomed and happy after a long day of grooming. We plan to come back time and time again for their wonderful service and amazing care of our dogs at Posh Puppy <3

I couldn't be more disappointed with my first time visit. - they cut my beautiful yorkie's crown short, looks odd - and lastly, THEY DIDN'T clean his face thoroughly. All of this for $80!!! Glad I didn't leave a tip. Will never return and never recommend

I've been taking my shorkie girl to Posh Puppy since she was around 14 weeks old. We're on a 7 week schedule. All of the groomers are friendly and have always taken great care of her. It's been about 2 years and they always do a great job! Definitely recommend their services! My pup's not that fond of spa day but always comes out happy.

Switched to Posh Puppy 2+ years ago and so happy with their work. They take special care of my dog named Google and point out any concerns. Offer excellent recommendations and never push me or make me feel bad for inconsistent appts. My budget often dictates frequency. Thank you Posh Puppy, Cynthia

A pet salon that you can trust with your precious fur baby! Everyone at Posh Puppy loves animals, you can tell by every interaction. It’s clean and pets are treated with respect. Prices are also competitive. Every cut has been great and our Cupcake is one happy client. So much so that she gets super excited every time she has an appointment and barks all the way there

Yoon, Kayla, Haley and team are AMAZING! Posh Puppy has been grooming my sweet pup for 2.5 years. I ALWAYS receive compliments on how great she looks. I'm frequently asked where I have her groomed. I highly recommend Posh Puppy! They're professional, personable and so great with the animals.
