I've always had a great experience at this Petsmart, used to go here when I worked in the area and they'd always help me with whatever I needed. Went back in today because they had some great online deals so I did a pick up order. I always run around the store to check out new or clearance items and found some great pieces of wood and a really nice tank! The cashier and manager were super helpful, even brought me a cart to the back and offered to help me bring it to my car. Also chatted about reptiles for a while and they seem super knowledgeable. Their crickets were also in amazing condition and weren't stinky like most pet stores I've been to. While this one's a little out of my way I think I'll be shopping at this location more often :)

I have had two very bad experiences in this grooming dept I brought my 2 yr old Bichon frisée to be groomed today and they refused to groom her stating she was stressed (she was fine), this happened a year ago and the same treatment from groomer, they are NOT worth the travel time to go to !!!

Lots of help from the employees and the store was clean for being a pet store but the inventory wasn't all that to what it used to be

We're here often for dog food and less frequently for boarding. Always a good trip. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Plenty of parking as well. Our dogs haven't complained either.

my pups and i always have fun when we are in here. no complaints at all they're super laid back if your pet has an accident in the store the floor staff is always so loving toward the dogs that come in and always love seeing my pups when i bring them in
