“I been a customer for years. I know Frank and his family for some time. Not only they're a caring family and people in general. I had the pleasure as being employee there. From my previous work experience in pawn shops this pawn shop not only treats their customer like family also treated me like family. Hold integrity and values in all they do. All the negative review posts..those are just people don't understand that value on some items rapidly loses it's self worth over the years due to many reasons..some items don't lose their value due to how great that item performs or last. “Went to the Cash America Pawn on Sunset Avenue in Renton Washington yesterday and I found that the employees at that business establishment are particularly knowledgeable when it comes to gold and jewelry in general they were very helpful kind and I got the impression that they were pretty honest they've got some nice selection of stuff in there and it's reasonably priced and clean highly recommended I've also went to the Cash American Pawn on Rainier Avenue across the street from the Renton airport and they have been very generous with me in time of need allowed me some loans that I was actually pretty surprised and how much money they gave me when I needed it with collateral that I felt like they could have given me a lot less and they help me out there's some good people down there too they got a really nice selection of stuff as well both of those Cash American Pawn in Renton and seem to be very knowledgeable and kind and generally Pleasant to be around”

“Very good pawn shop! Very fast service, will let you look and handle pretty much any item in store as needed. I got my current computer from them and Have no regrets! Staff and Management are always friendly and willing to haggle a bargain if you're polite. In-Store gold testing, and they can call experts for documentation of things as well! Only gripe is that they do tend to upsell quite a bit, or try to get you to sort of "quick buy" things, but that's normal business practice to be quite honest. All and all staff are helpful, quick, efficient. Solid place there!”
