“Called and initially spoke with Nate, gave great information/details. Then I believe I spoke with Randy to place the order. Had the 3 cubic yards of sand delivered on Monday (very quick turnaround time on delivery) and it went without a hitch. The driver was great. Respectful of the property. The sand was great as well - no hidden 'treasures' in it. (I've taken delivery from others and had pieces of trash and other things in the delivery - not the case here!) Super happy and will definitely use them again.”
“10/10 for all things Christmastime! We were looking for nearby spots to take our 1.5 year old to see Santa and the "Burien Mom's Group" on Facebook suggest ZHN. We had never been before. Had no expectations and had a hard time finding out details aside from days/times Santa would be there. Showed up (first weekend in Dec) and NO ONE was there for Santa, zero line. We took our time, Santa gave our daughter a candy cane. Photos are free, taken on your phone, but donations are encouraged and go towards the City. The set up is gorgeous (better than a mall) and Santa was the real thing! It was so lovely to not stress with a crowd and waiting and being rushed. They also let your kiddo choose a free Xmas book from a library of donated books. We then wandered around, picked out ornaments (their selection is honestly unbeatable and worth stopping by just to browse). Went back for a second visit today for our tree! Prices for a locally-owned nursery are SO reasonable (trees, ornaments, etc). Santa was there again, no line, but our daughter didn't want to visit him again haha. Even so, they gave us chocolate chip cookies and another free Xmas book! Everyone that works at the nursery is insanely nice and helpful. Literally greeting you as you enter. My husband and I are SO happy we found this gem.”

For example I got yams, onions, Carrots, Lettuce, Celery, beets, Tomato's, Eggs, and some of their kettle corn for only $35. In today's economy that's jaw dropping to me. “Delightful customer service, an adorable shop with lovely selection and great pricing on top of it all. I loved that there were seed potatoes and worms/bees for purchase on top of a full spectrum of really good and affordable soils. The plant variety isn't bad either with lots of interesting trees, veggies, herbs, and flowers. The staff were oh so friendly and kind, and are very knowledgeable. I've seen the cats on their socials but didn't find them (a great excuse to go back)!”

Bryan provided information on what to purchase to apply and how to complete the process. What stood out most with SiteOne is that I witness how Bryan conversed with other staff in a professional and positive matter. After completing the sale, Bryan carried my 2 gallons to my truck. Haven't had anything like that done in a while from a business such as that. Talking about old fashion customer service. Bryan, such a gentleman. I wanted to give him a tip! “I ordered an oversized mirror and had it sent to this location. Ted from delivery was SOOO helpful in getting my mirror loaded up in my vehicle. The mirror was very large and would not fit. He went above and beyond by using his own personal rope to help me get the mirror in and securely tied down. I'm a single woman and I don't have family locally to help me so this really meant a lot to me and made my night. Thank you so much Ted for your awesome customer service!”

“I'm Happy! Tropical Canna plants finally arrived, after an early cold Spring. Called yesterday and was connected to Dennis in the Garden Department at the Tukwila store. He was very pleasant, and as he was walking through the yard, asked other sales agents for the Tropical Canna. Excitedly, he informed me they had "lots" of them and remarked, yes, beautiful red leaves. I was in the store an hour later; purchased 6 (and other plants!) This year, all the plants looked healthy!! Unfortunately, Dennis was not available for me to give my Thanks; so please extend my Thanks for me!Sallie”
