We were greeted warmly at the door and helped with finding the kibble I needed and the treats I wanted. They even hoisted the bag of food into my car for me. Absolutely excellent.

Just left this store and wanted to give a rave review to Jaden at this store! She went above and beyond to help me figure out how to pay using apps when I forgot my wallet. This store is always great, as is Mud Bay generally, but this was exceptionally good service

Great service! Knowledgeable staff! Love the free samples. Huge selection of products. Only complaint is the location. Lots of crime near the Burien Transit Center.

A tad bougie but always great quality products and very helpful/friendly staff. Shopped there for years with my previous cat so of course I went back when I finally got a new cat in my home. :)
