On a fairly busy evening recently (12/15/22) I went in to pay my bill only to find after 1 week + late my account was cancelled per company policy. The people helping me were so patient going above and beyond to get my account and closed phone number reinstated and everything in order, even though the woman didn't speak English we took time to translate for each other using our devices. The crew has been outstanding in it's service for me this entire year. Thank you

From top to bottom, this place is a joke. Sales people are kids. Out of two, only one communicate in English, the other one is solely for Spanish speaking customer. If a only English speaking customer is in the store when ou enter, then you will be served after that customer and you can wait looking at the other salesperson (Spanish only) to kill your time. The store manager works remotely and when I asked if I can talk to the manager, the reply was there is no need for me to talk to a manager because he can't do anything more than what they already have done. For three straight months I have been instructed to go to the store so they can verify my identity and apply the lifeline discount to my account. Without my consent the employees have applied for ACP on my behalf using the info on my metro pcs account. Complete violation of my privacy under the disguise of customer service. No one wants to handle any complaints. Please avoid the store and if you don't look like Latino you will be on the back burner.

Should really have someone who's bilingual there!! Having to use a translator app, to communicate with the customers was kind of ridiculous!!! ???

Brand new customer went there last week and got and bought a horrible service that eventually my phone doesn't work anymore and I spent over $150 with everything that needs to be done to get a phone activated and bought and was in taking care of my customer service at all the stuff is untrained and it's horrible service
