“I stumbled into this boutique one Saturday afternoon and I'm so glad I did. I love everything about this store. I walked in and Marta and Lola helped me find clothes that make me feel so good. Since I started shopping here countless people have walked up to me and said how much they like my outfit, this has never happened to me before. Lola and Marta purchase good quality clothes, purse, scarves that look amazing. I'm short and thicker in my legs and they always pick out things that help those troubled areas. I've spent thousands of dollars with clothes delivery services and nothing ever fit right and I'd alway end up with the same shirt just in five different colors. After Marta and Lola got done with me I now have beautiful comfortable clothes that I can mix match with beautiful scarves and add little things to make it a whole new look. The shopping experience was fun, personable and the gave my husband wine while I shopped away. Love this store so much and so thankful I stumbled into the wonderful boutique.”

“I showed up maybe 15 before close. Was looking for a specific color combo they didn't carry and Anthony went and tried to build custom to what I wanted, he could tell it wasn't exactly what I wanted and was low pressure sale only wanted a happy customer and encouraged me to check online and order direct to get something I would be happy with. He's a real pro and will take good care of anyone who walks through that door. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase here and from him in the future.”
“I'm from Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was searching everywhere for the Nike SB RealTree Dunks. These were manufactured in 2010 so they're hard to find. Most of what I saw online was beat up and way overpriced. I finally did a Google image search and saw Tribute had a pair for sale. I bought them over the weekend and they boxed them up right away and mailed them. When they arrived and I opened the package I was stunned. They came with the Original box, original shoe strings and the shoes were practically brand new. It's rare to find a business this good these days. Even though I'm in New Mexico, I'll be back online to purchase more stuff from them in the future. Too bad they don't give bonus stars because these folks deserve one. 1000% satisfied!”
“First, let me rate this store. On June 26th, I walked in and was greeted by two young ladies working. Both of them were very nice, one helped me getting the size shoe that I needed that was a gift. The cashier was super nice and suggested a gift receipt also. Nothing but nice. I was purchasing a pair of shoes for my son for his 21st bday and was hoping these were the ones he had his eye on when we were previously in the store. Great experience.Fast forward, by July 7, a part of the rubber on one side of the right shoe had come completely off, enough so that it was gaping. Definitely noticeable. My other kids have worn Vans for years and still do and I know that Van's are quality shoes. I also know that you can't take shoes back to the store, per their info unless they are new and unworn. So I took a chance and contacted Van's directly. In a very short time, I was contacted by a representative who apologized for the issue. I was asked to provide pictures of the torn area, the shoes themselves, the receipt and then asked to answer a few other questions. I did just that and I will say that the speed that I received a response was absolutely impressive. After providing all of this, I was notified that I would be receiving a gift card to purchase another pair. Thank you Van's for this and for your amazing customer service. Much appreciated.”

“Great selection of clothing but prices are on another level of expensive. Also, it'd be great if the staff were more knowledgeable about the historical significance of Eddie Bauer and the origination of puffer jackets. I'm pretty sure, based on what I learned at the Museum of History and Industry, that Eddie Bauer invented one of the original puffer jackets, and I think the store should celebrate that success more prominently. Eddie Bauer should tell its Seattle-based origination story more. There was a timeline display on the wall, but I think most people interpret it only as decorative art, and even the employees seem to read it for the first time when I asked them the puffer jacket question.”

“Great store, friendly staff including the sales team. Store has great sales on merchendise and parts so look at every shelves/rack it's worth your time, trust me. I drive from Los Angeles every 2 to 3 months on my way to Canada and I always stop at this location because I know I'll have a great conversation with someone and I'll always also find some deal on something. Know that on the I-5 I pass nearly 100 Harley stores from California, Oregon and in Washington and this store is my favorite spot. Also before I forget, If you are a veteran like I am, don't forget to ask for your well earned discount, they will comply and honor your service.”

“Whenever I go it there is always one amazing worker. Yesterday 10/22 I came in with kids and had to sneak buy gifts and hide them in my bag so my kids wouldn't notice. They hid it from my kids and got items into my bag all without my kids seeing. They were a poc with they/them pronouns and were fem presenting that day and I would recommend if you were in a similar situation as me to have them help. I don't do crowded places often so they were my life saver because no one else at other stores were able to sneak gifts past my kids.”
