The ability to communicate in more than one language should be recognized by xfinity, and staff should be given a stipend for this added value to the customers. “A very first time going to this store to purchase a couple of new Smartphone devices. When we entered, there was just one other customer inside, so one of the representatives came over and began helping us. We were looking for a new iPhone 13 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy A12 phone. They did not have the A12, but had an A02s. Seemed alright since it was for a present. The iPhone 13 Pro was available, so I wanted the 256 GB one in Graphite. Used my $60.00 Device Dollars, too. The Asian guy who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. Had an easy time buying the phones and getting what we wanted at this store location. We will definitely be back next time! Employees were helpful and friendly to deal with. Decent location.”
