Went to Rairdon's in Burien to look for a newer vehicle. Josh was first out the door, asking if I was willing to trade my '04 Element. I told him that was the plan! We looked at several cars, I loved the little Honda Fit, but was crammed in like a sardine. I ended up choosing a pre-owned certified Honda CRV. While the guys at Rairdon are pretty young, they really tried their best to provide excellent customer service. At Honda Burien, Jasmine was professional and super helpful. Over all, I would recommend giving these guys a chance.

Visited these guys over the weekend. Test drove a silver 2019 Volkswagen, Passat priced at $17k with Arnas. After the test drive I sat down with Vanessa and punched the numbers. We brought the vehicle up on the company site to check the carfax and it all checked out even the price. After that they had me out door at just under $20k per Vanessa their sales woman (hand written offer). A day or so later after corresponding with the sales team Arnas, Emma, and Joe Morgan they say we are good to go to make the sale. They even picked me up from home and took me to my bank to pick up the check. Lovely right? Wrong. Once I returned to the vehicle with the check they claimed "we have a problem". They upped the price from $17k to $23k and claimed I drove 2017 VW that smelt like an astray. Needless to say after much debate Joe Morgan (manager) said "Prices Change". There is no integrity at this dealership and after all of that they had to drop me back off at home. I now have a huge hit on my credit because of a shade tree dealership! Thanks guys

This company is shady and shifty. We're military family that got stationed up here and could only drive one of our cars up and when we got here had to get another vehicle and everyone at this dealership was in cahoots. They had different odometer readings versus the contract, their inspection (I don't think their mechanic is a mechanic Because there's zero reason that vehicles should've been driven off the lot with my husband in it) and my child rode in it with their assurance. It was safe. So if their mission is to like kill people, then they should reevaluate their mission. That tiny guy with his fake gold keeps walking around boasting and dodging calls and the finance guy is nice enough in person but dodges calls it's completely irresponsible. We just got the car two weeks ago. Their sales guy is also irresponsible. Can't remember his name, but he is so irresponsible and so demeaning and they really should pay for a replacement until all the issues with the vehicle is remedied. They said it was safe and everything was OK when "they" fixed it but they lied and falsified documentation about the odometer which affects the warranty that they put on it, and what they put on that warranty. They should be ashamed for trying to make a sell over life and safety.

I must without hesitation give this automotive a 5***** rating, not only did service provider Robert & Tanner do a excellent superb job replacing my entire engine on my Subaru outback, They were patient with me and without hesitation willing to work with me,. Both have excellent experience and knowledge when it comes to the car repair service, and are easy to talk to. I thank you for your understanding and patience, and doing a wonderful job on my engine.

This is a great auto shop that is actually honest, trustworthy and fairly priced. I take my Subi here for everything and they're always so kind. Unlike other shops, they've had every opportunity to scare me into more work or parts but they don't take advantage of you; they'll give you lowdown on whether you really need something fixed or if you're okay to hold off on it. They're also consistently timely about the work they do on your car, and about communicating with you. I've had nightmare experiences with other places, for example the dealership and Collision Care Center, so it was breath of fresh air to have people be prompt, accurate and communicative. This place is a seriously rare find!

Asked for new rotors and they swapped the old ones already on there and laughed at me when confronted.

Terrible customer service don't buy a car from used rairdon outlet or any rairdon dealership for this matter. I bought a used camry this past weekend and everything was smooth until iI cam back for break pads and rotors. They tried to tell me that my rotor isn't warped when I have many mechanic friends tel me it was, and I myself knew it was warped. I get to the rairdon used outlet to do my rotors and they told me it would take 2 hours to replace the just the front breaks, which I have done breaks myself as well as well as all my mechanic friends it does NOT take 2 hours it takes about 30 minutes to replace breaks and rotors. But long story short they came back to me with my car and they say none of my breaks needed any repair and my rotors weren't warped. Me and my mechanic friend confronted the whole office about it and they disrespected us to that max! They got extremely defensive after my friend told them exactly what was wrong and they told us to leave!!! They need whole new staff and customer service training. This was supposed to be a 30 minute, fee-free repair which I drove an hour to get done. And I leave with nothing. They brought the stupid mechanic up to talk to us and I pointed out the rotors and he still said he was right snd we were wrong. I was so pissed and all they wanted to do was argue all day long and I decided to step up and tell them i'm done arguing and I left. They have accountability issues!!! Please do yourself a favor and don't go near these guys.

If I could give them zero stars I would they don't even deserve one star this dealership is a complete fraud literally a walking fraud. Let me start off by telling you about the manager himself Miguel a complete liar promised me he would get my car fixed never did never completed it once the issues of the car came around never wanted to address it ignored me & didn't care as soon they got funded for the car from bank but l got so lucky with god and that bank didn't even approve me so then all the sudden I get the attention that I was supposed to be getting it's return the car do this do that but you couldn't address the issues when I needed you to fix the car though mmmmm & IT WAS SO HARD FOR HIM TO JUST SIMPLY SAY HERE IS UR MONEY BACK AS IF IM A JOKE TO HIM OR SOMETHING FRAUDULENT COMPANY I SWEAR DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY. They will sell you a car knowing it has problems and try to cover up there lies by getting you warranty and the warranty company doesn't even know that the car has issues because they want them to fix the car, that's something you don't do smile my face knowing your selling me a messed up car THEY ALL WORK OFF COMMISSION SO DONT BE SURPRISED BY ANY MEANS THEY WILL TRY TO SELL TO YOU. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & ENTIRE LACK OF COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE TEAM STARTING FROM MANAGEMENT TO SALES REPS. This should be an embarrassment at this point it's almost a joke what I witness I'm so happy and thankful to god I got to walk away with my money back and gave them there shitty ass car back that doesn't even work!!!

Just moved from New Mexico, and needed a new regular auto shop to take my car to (2004 Infiniti G35). That's always intimidating especially for someone who loves their car as much as me! My car had a cold start issue, and was getting worse by the day. Most shops were booked up, and I knew if I waited even one more day I might not be able to make it to work. Japanese Auto to the rescue! This shop went above and beyond. Found out my throttle body was bad. Basically my car couldn't breathe properly...kinda a big deal! Not a cheap fix, but after asking many questions, and getting satisfying answers, they made the swap. These guys also just did an overall sweep of my car to make sure everything else was running well. Could've made up some BS to get more money outta me, but just mentioned I could use some new brake pads in the next few months. Needless to say by my four star review, my car is running the best it has in years! I can literally FEEL the difference of how my car runs, but especially how it starts!! It revs up like I haven't heard in a long time. This place made me fall in love with my car all over again.

What a gem this place is! They are honest, helpful, & fast. I've had my Honda Element in twice & both times were a great experience. Today, I brought my car in at 8:30am because I'm trying to leave on vacation in the car tomorrow. They squeezed me in, called me at 10am with a diagnosis & to talk through a plan & I had my car back this evening! I work on my own cars usually & they are really good about offering me options to do all the work or some of it or just give me a thorough diagnosis at a reasonable price. It's such a good feeling to know you have an honest, good mechanic around when you need one!

Buyer beware! This car sales dealer sells used cars. All their advertisements say cars are inspected by a certified technician! Bold face lie! Right now they have a 2007 VW Jetta they tried to sell to my son, first time buyer. I looked at carfax and called VW Seattle who did last service on car. Car needs $5,400.00 in work! Rairdon's Salesman said it needed no work just serviced. Now I know we all hope that maybe used car lots could be a place we could find a used car, think again. They have no problem with selling a car that will break down quickly. This car was a trade in at VW Seattle, they off loaded it to Rairdons!

What a great place, they know their stuff, pleasant, professional and VERY honest! I took my Scion there for a problem, after diagnostics were done, they called and informed my car was under Toyota's extended warranty, to take it there and have them take care of it. When was the last time you experienced this level of honesty! THANK YOU, we need more of you guys (Nate & Stephanie). Cheers, Peter

Recently went to Burien Japanese Auto Service for the first time after for a broken interior door handle latch after seeing only positive reviews online. They inspected the damage, gave me an honest evaluation and options to proceed. Their pricing was competitive and their customer service is top notch. They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need and got the job completed based on the timeline they gave me. I will be a repeat customer. :)

My appointment today for lube, oil, and filter along with possible cabin filter and air filter took 2 1/2 hrs. When I made the appointment for my first visit there nothing was said about having to wait to these common items above. I was told because I was newand even though I gave the man who booked the info on vehicle the week before, I had to wait for the parts to be delivered to the shop. I was never informed that my first time could take longer because of this even when I checked in. Thankfully, I did not have to be anywhere right after. Do I want to go back? Not sure. Once parts delivered it did not take long to finish.
