Had to add an additional driver to our car rental. The rental team was very nice, efficient and quick. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Honestly our best Herz experience yet.

Bobby and Chandler were great to work with. Lovely salespeople. One negative about the experience was that I was initially denied for the car to be detailed and wheels to be refurbished but they ended up doing it after some pushback.
