I went in there and the gentleman pull up my information on the computer told me it had been 6 months since I had a haircut and said I need a number two and started to give me a buzz cut when I told him he said well you can go somewhere else to get your haircut we almost come to blows cuz he starts talking bad to me the lady I don't know if she owns the place or what says I'll call you and you can come back and I'll fix your haircut she does that and then charges me $35 for the haircut I didn't want to begin with are you kidding me you let your employees screw up my hair and then charged me $35 for a haircut I didn't want to begin with that place sucks so the district manager called me I shouldn't have had to pay for them to fix it she said she was going to send an email to Sally to give me a refund! Guess what it's been a week haven't heard a word ! Why would you want to go somewhere and get a haircut where they screw it up and then charge you for fixing it! Never again

I have been going to Hair Masters for over 10 years. My stylist, Ann, is amazing. She listens to what I want done and is very skilled. When she was unavailable, I had another stylist do my hair. She was just as skilled. Each stylist is professional, friendly and efficient.
