Today Feb 5, we went in for the vaccination per our appointment. We were concerned about long lines because my 90 year old father can't stand long. However, when we got to the front entrance, the lady who was in charge of taking /checking temperatures for each person was so helpful. She brought out a wheelchair and helped my father into it, then guided us to the next step.After the shot, everyone was asked to sit down for 15 minutes. During this time, the doctors were on standby to make sure we were all okay and didn't have some immediate side effects. While waiting, we were so impressed and thankful to the doctors and staff who all went the extra mile to provide great care.We want to thank the entire CHI Franciscan staff, the front entrance, the front desk, register, nurses, and doctors. Your kindness and professionalism means a lot to us and to everyone there. Also, thank you for handing us the Vaccine record cards with our second shot appointment reminder. This is very helpful! Brought us peace of mind. Thank You for everything you have done!

The last 3 drs I have had have left the franciscan in burien on 1st avenue. I have high blood pressure. The drs that should be filling those scripts because my drs are no longer there arent. They arent geting paid an office visit. Sooo they would rather let me stroke out or have a heart attack. The fact that Im 65 years old with underlying health issues and am very unnerved to go to a health facility with people whom I dont know...are the wearing masks etc... but franciscan doesnt care about my feelings. Those drs only care about there bottom line. So now Im scared about what my future brings I have to find a new dr. Thanks franciscsn for making this a priority instead of my health.

Do not go here for radiology. This is the most unprofessional and rudest clinic I have ever been to. Trying to get the results of my xr back and was transferred several times and hung up on twice before I was able to speak to someone, who then hung up on me a third time abruptly after I asked a question trying to understand how to get my results back in the first place. Still haven't received them.

I go here often and have had pretty good experiences, but lately, I haven't been able to make an appointment or reach the front desk when calling. Google and the Franciscan Health website lists the main clinic's hours as 7am - 7pm, but I've tried calling on a Thursday 7/2 @ 6PM, with a message that I've reached them out of hours. I tried calling on Friday 7/3 @ 4:30PM and received the same message.This wouldn't be a problem because I have MyChart with them, and can book appointments through there, but that also isn't working! I keep getting the message, "No options are available for scheduling."Hope this gets figured out soon.

dr. Hubble refused to give me a prescription, never took a moment to review my condition and never even came out to greet me. I hope he never gets injured and has to seek care at cfi Franciscan in Burien. Integrity,Accountability and principle are virtues sorely nonexistent in this person whom I assume took an oath of the aforementioned at his graduation ceremony. For you consideration, Joseph Locher
