I am 61 and just now utilizing a gym with enthusiasm. Every member I’ve encountered is a reflection of the owners. They are genuinely kind, helpful, encouraging, and fun. I look forward to every workout session.Special thanks to Coach Lindsay! You’re amazing!

Dropped in for a couple days visiting my friend Lisa who lives and goes to this box as well. Great location, solid equipment, clean space and awesome coaches! Had Coach Mark and Dominic. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!!!
