Another huge shout out for Hamid. Best customer service I can remember. He walked me through pros/cons of new vs updating my current computer. We ended up installing a new hard drive and battery on an old Dell for 1/5 the price of new. My computer feels brand new- zippy, great graphics- and when I got home I realized Hamid had bookmarked a few common apps and even programmed my home page with my name. Recommend Computer Sonics/Hamid with 100 stars!

Hamid is super honest and offers great customized laptops. Would never buy brand new from store. He can put high performance graphics cards and processors for half the price of big box retailers.

Brought in an old laptop wanting to retrieve some data - Hamid worked on it for a while and didn’t charge for the diagnostic work ($150 min usually). he also didn’t beat around the bush with the chances of getting it repaired although he offered a recommended service to double check his work and other places to get a cheap laptop.I got a great deal from Hamid on an amazing piece of hardware, I can’t stress how great of a deal and laptop. I am so happy. So so so happy and grateful. Trying to fix my old laptop would have cost more for sure and I’ve seen no such offer online at Best Buy, Amazon etc. starting school soon and so, this is just great ? Thanks Computer Sonics!

Very friendly, no wasted words & eager to help. Walked in with a random question about a replacement cable for my gpu. Double checked the pinout I needed & sent me on my way all with no charge. Will come back again when I have an issue or need to have repairs done.

Really friendly and helpful owner. I attempted to upgrade the wifi card in my brand new laptop but stripped the screw holding it in. He helped me remove the damaged screw at no charge. Thanks again for your help.
