We recently booked a roundtrip to SeaTac with Century. We had excellent drivers, Julian and Kamo. We switched to Century after another company's driver was a no show. Our friends had been using Century for many years and we are very happy to have made the switch. The cars are comfortable and immaculate.

I had a conversation with Noel. I love the independent companies more, he made my experience seem more humane than these autocracy corporations. I’m recommend this company over huge corporations

In 2009 in the midst of a divorce the owner of Century Auto Rentals took advantage of me: he knew I was going through hell & was scared. It was evident I was suffering a nervous breakdown. My entire family had been REGULAR customers. I needed to get a different car (ex was stalking me) and the jackass traded me a rundown falling apart piece of junk sedan for my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. No offer of cash for the obvious value difference. When I returned two days later to have something simple repaired he yelled at me like I was robbing him. Yes it has been 11 years since but it was a punch to the gut to find out what a horrible group of people they were. Before I had even traded one of the women who works there was all aglow "Can I have it? Can I have it?"

The car is get-what-you-pay-for, for $25/day I can not say I was surprised to be given a rattletrap. The car worked well enough though and was affordable for the three weeks I needed it, so that was fine. However...everything else about this place is rather unprofessional and uncertain, so I hope you are verrry patient and that communication is not important to you! *They may or may not answer the phone *They don't return voicemails (they never returned mine anyway) *Open Saturday - but what they did NOT tell me was that it was "by appointment only" so I was stuck with a rental through the weekend unnecessarily. Nice way for them to make some spare cash. Then on Monday they didn't return my calls, nor on Tuesday... *They may or may not be able to pick you up/drop you off *Closed Sunday
