I have been coming to this store for over 15 years. It is officially like walking into the toilet now. The people behind the counter reflect the poor condition of the store. I will be reporting them to Burien City Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau and the Secretary of State for their unacceptable practices of chastising the community, insulting the customers and deplorable behavior such as singing and dancing about me reporting them to their superiors. They told me I had to produce a receipt for my merchandise which I did, and when they could not get rid of me by requiring a receipt, they lowed balled me and laughed at my response. I have a feeling the reason the windows keep getting broken is due to her bad behavior. As long as she is allowed to torment the people the people will take it out on the Business. She is losing Cash America pawn's money daily! She is why they can't keep glass intact.

Today, 02-02-24, I had a very bad experience at that cash America store in Burien. They had some cameras at a discount. I told the person who was serving me to show them to me. The assistant manager, an American girl, started to look at them and she was on one side. He told me that they had made a mistake that that was not their price and he started to take away the lens and he told me that only the lens is I'll leave it to you at that price and the camera was more than 500 dollars I told him if they were wrong that's not my problem You have to respect the price they put on it, which he refused, he told me no, that's why people shouldn't buy in this place. There are other places where they give better attention to the people who buy. Believe me, I'm going to pay what I have and never again. I will return to that place

Bought battery powered PA speaker system that cost me $330. System will not hold charge and the Mgr of the store would not refund me. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything electronic from there.

The employee the picture thinks she owns the store (girl), I bought a ring from this store and when I tried to sell it I was surrounded by 3 managers and 1employee like blaming me that the item is not what they sold me, this is crazy, of course I reported them to the pawnshop regulators, corporate, better business burea. Make sure what you buy is real gold. This is no way to do business, people are being misleading.

I come here to buy items often. The staff are very helpful and they have a variety of things to sell. Boo usually helps us and he’s really great.
