Having expected to spend 90 minutes or so in order to purchase our new Prius Prime, we were astounded to be with your dealership for almost FOUR hours! It would have been good to have been apprised of this being likely, and to have been given a chance to reschedule. Ismael was lovely, but WOW!! We became quite cranky!

I made an appointment for my routine service and for them to check an issue with the sliding doors in my 2022 sienna. my email confirmation simply noted “oil change” so I called back to confirm they would be doing the 24-month full service as well as the issue inspection. they confirmed and also confirmed I would have a rental for the day. I ended up having to change the appointment several times but finally went in for service and was shocked to learn of a potential $198 diagnostic fee. they said it would only be owed if the issue was determined to not fall under the warranty, which is fine, but they definitely should have mentioned this on the phone when I called several times. the next issue in their lax communication was they expected me to drop the car off overnight which again they should have told me about as I would have opted for another appointment time to avoid overnight. I left the van, they called several hours later to tell me they determined the issue with the doors was simply dirt. they said it was my fault for not doing routine maintenance. I explained I had been in for all my routine maintenance but they told me this was not covered under what they do & cleaning the rails of my sliding doors is apparently something I should have been doing. I had to go in the next day to pick it up and was shocked again to learn tax is added to their diagnostic fee and they also charged $20 to dispose of the hazardous waste apparently used to clean the rails. I paid $240 for this and left. as I was driving I noticed they didn’t put on an oil change sticker, checked my invoice and they did not even do the routine maintenance I scheduled. I tried to call and the phone to service just rings and rings. everyone I interacted with there could best be described as soulless. they all seem thoroughly miserable as well as extremely unhelpful and uninformative.

I was expecting to have a hard time based on my previous car shopping experience in a different dealership. But Isaac and the finance lady (can't remember her name) were friendly, understanding, transparent, and not pushy at all. The whole process was easy and relatively quick. I will definitely check here first for my next car.

I came for $100 oil change and ended up leaving with a $600 bill. Apparently it was my 60,000 mile tuneup which is fine. I know these things need to be done but since they have me in their files they should’ve called to make an appointment for that not the oil change.Part of the service was rotating my tires. I got home and saw one had a screw in it, and the other one had a nail. They must’ve been hiding on the inside of the tire, but I really think that they should’ve pointed this out to me.

I had a great experience! I went to get my brake pads replaced.. Cody was my service advisor he was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I felt very taken care of. I appreciated the timeliness and transparency :)

Service man is good but service reception is a negative. Not only one time. It’s twice. When I order the running board , they said they will call me when it arrives, but never call.Same thing my second key fob. Never call that is arrived.This is not my Toyota service location.Good luck

I went to Burien Toyota because I was interested in test driving a Rav 4. I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk who was able to point me in the right direction. Kelly the sales manager talked about the different cars that were available for me to look at. I appreciate that he took the time to listen to what cars I was interested in and he didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t want or suggest I look at anything other than what I was interested in. Next, Zach took me to the lot and we looked at some of the different colors they had in stock. He explained the different features on the car and I tried some of them out during the test drive. I was pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle.After some consideration, I ultimately decided it was the right vehicle for me. The price I got was very fair and Aimee on the finance team was very helpful in explaining everything to me regarding the financing. While I was waiting on some of the paperwork, Zach took some extra time to show me other features of the car and helped me get my phone synced up to the vehicle technology.When it was time to take my car home, Kelly took a moment to thank me for my business. Considering the whole experience, I never felt overly pressured or talked down by anyone, which can happen especially when you are a woman buying a car. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, it’s no surprise they’ve been in business for over 40 years. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

Matthew was an amazing salesperson at Burien Toyota! His customer service has been the best at every dealership I've been to so far and made the whole process easy and understandable for a first time car buyer like me. I purchased a 2023 4Runner at Burien Toyota. Our salesman Zach was wonderful to work with and kept in touch with us regularly during the purchase process. He was very nice to work with. We had some additional items we chose to add to the vehicle and had them installed after purchase. It was very simple to arrange and handled in a timely manner in the service department. Cody was our service advisor, I appreciate how easy it was to get this done. They provided me with a very comfortable and comparable vehicle, if not nicer, as a free rental during the process so I had no issues returning to work and regular life while the service was completed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks!

Love the service I had I would highly recommend Bon of Toyota to anybody. The service advisor was awesome. She always had a smile on her face. She was always happy to help. The technician was the greatest. He did anything, and everything to Get my vehicle fixed bearing of Toyota is the perfect dealership I used to work at a dealership. I’ve been to many dealerships, and they are by far the best.

Great dealership with fair pricing. Kelly the sales manager was polite and easy to work with. Robby & Dylan worked with me to get a new 4Runner Off Road Premium. I was trying to get my car serviced in the window of time I had. I was given a time frame which they beat by 30 min. I was impressed with the ability of their system that upon driving into the service dock they noticed my alignment was off and suggested I add that to my service. In all the many years I been using Toyota service I hand never heard that suggestion. What made this impressive was that I knew I had hit a curb really hard a few days ago that I was suspectingI had knocked my car out of alignment. Good work guys!

Had an oil change here 8/14 for my Tacoma. Was told that it’ll take approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs but this turned in into 3.5 hrs of waiting in the dealership.Overall not happy with this and come to find out after 4 weeks after the service, upon opening my engine bay there was a cup of McCafé near the oil filter, this had engine oil in it and was probably used when changing to avoid any spills. The fact that this was left in the engine is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been taking my vehicle here since 2008 and I must say over the years the serviced has decline. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently had the possibility of purchasing a car from here, and I just wanted to express my satisfaction with the service that i received when getting my first car. From start to finish, the entire car buying process was very new to me although we were very lucky to work with Ana Sauza who made the experience better, answering any questions we had, and taking the time to go over everything in a way I understood, and being friendly and giving advice/tips from her experience with owning a car as well, she made me feel very comfortable with the process. the dealership was very professional, wanting to make sure every document and needed measure for both and all parties is accurate. Each interaction so far was genuine in helping and ensure that my needs were met. They worked diligently to secure the car loan, allowing me to enjoy my new vehicle sooner than anticipated. Besides their efficient service, the car I purchased was in excellent condition, providing reassurance that I was investing in a reliable and well-maintained car!
