We’ve always come here for oil changes, maintenance, etc and that part is fine. But the wait times for routine service are horrendous. Meh service. Bad quality for the price, service reps don't return emails, everyone takes multiple lunches every day. "He's on lunch" "I'm about to go to lunch" etc
