Worst mechanic ever!!!! Rude and incompetent. Had my car towed there in February. Car wouldn't start. During the first month he had the car, he failed to secure it and some vandal broke my rear window. Another month and still nothing. He tried to claim he was not responsible for the broken window. Picked up the car to tow it to another mechanic and he had tore out both rear door panels. Guessing he had no clue how to fix it. Tried to charge me 200.00 for the window. So now 3 months later I got the car back and still wont start, both doors are totally tore apart. Do not go to this incompetent As**ole

I told them what I thought the problem with my car was when it was dropped off...they ignored what I said and did repairs without calling for approval. I finally got the car back after two months, and the problem was still there (after paying almost $700). I again told them what I thought the problem was when I returned the car to them, and was again ignored. After another 6 weeks they still hadn't figured out the problem. Once again, I told them what I thought the problem was. They FINALLY dropped the gas tank like I had suggested in the first place and cleaned it. Problem solved, what a surprise! I was right all along. When I was told I'd have to pay another $700 to get my car, I was less than pleased. Avoid this place at all costs, I'm filing a report with the State of Washington because they broke the law by doing work without informing me of the estimated cost prior to the repairs

Meanest people I have ever met. I asked for a quote on a broken sunroof, the guy yelled at me that he was going to lunch and was using profanities and awful language directed at me. I decided to walk back to my car, but then he came towards me looking like he wanted to physically hurt me and yelled at me to come back to him or else. I managed to get out of there, but I would only go if you don't mind verbal and physical threats. If you want to walk away, I would be willing to defend yourself.
