The test driving/buying process of my new vehicle went pretty smoothly and quickly. But after coming home and really seeing what all was included and what I paid for, I'm a little disappointed. This KARR security system thing seems like a scam, to be honest. First, my salesman Romar told me it's included in all their cars and I specifically asked if it costs extra or not and he said no, it was included in the price of the vehicle. Signing paperwork, I didn't see it was actually close to $1,500 which was included in my overall financed amount. Getting home and trying it, it doesn't even work because you have to be within Bluetooth range and it's the weakest signal apparently because even when I was sitting in the car it said it wasn't in range. Not really sure what I paid $1,500 for to be honest and feel like I got bamboozled. I hate that you can't just trust them to not sneak in other expenses while you're signing. Going through the financing part, too, I was told I was approved for a certain interest rate and then it was higher the next time they showed me paperwork. Then, while signing I was told my payments would be $393 and she printed a paper saying $437 and I pointed it out and she blamed it on "a glitch in the system" and reprinted the paper with the correct payment amount.

My wife and I went in and had a great experience at Burien Chevrolet. I left with a Silverado and my wife left with a Trax. Our salesman Nelson was a pleasure to work with and we found him very courteous and professional. Chris the manager checked on us and updated us on the process several times. The finance guy, Red, was great, very funny. Overall the experience was fantastic. Thank you all !

I'm so happy we wound up with an appointment at this location. My adult daughter kept saying how very easy it was talking with the service team. Jason was super amazing handling the service needs we had. The group was attentive kind and efficient. I'll go back there. Love them. ❤️

Customer Service team was responsive and friendly. But I dropped off my vehicle for a 4 hour job and didn’t get it back for a week. Therefore, 3 stars.

Burien Chevy is AMAZING! I purchased a 2022 Bolt and 2 weeks later a recall was issued. I had to take a road trip for a family emergency and wasn't comfortable driving my new car. Chevy took care of me and helped with a rental for 3 months. When I went to bring the rental back, the rental company wanted to charge me $400 for a cleaning fee! I took the rental across the street to Burien and their service department was generous enough to vacuum and detail the rental for me! I am so grateful for the service department and all of Burien Chevy!
Update.. my battery in the same Bolt gave me a warning that service was needed immediately. I took it in the next day and found out I’d need a whole new battery. They gave me a loaner with a similar car (Buick Encore) and had the new battery replaced in 12 days!! I was expecting it to take months, but they were so fast and efficient. Always kind and caring, I cannot recommend them enough
