Please save animals from this hell hole. The peopleIn charge do not care about the animals. They don’t care about their volunteers. They ignore volunteer applications. They overwork and don’t listen to their staff or volunteers. The unlucky dogs sit in filthy jail cells for months. They are lucky if they get enrichment. No covered place to play or have a potty break where they can escape the constant rain we have in Washington. One Of the worst shelters I have seen. There is a reason they don’t let the public back there. People in charge should be fired so the community and animals get the rescue they deserve.

My husband and I went there to see if they had any small breed dogs and they do, but we went in on a weekend day close to closing so we could not see what they had in the small breed dogs, but we saw a beautiful little black and white girl puppy who would be larger than we wanted. She was very well mannered and very sweet. The premise was very clean and the people working there were very friendly. They told us about their site online so we could see what they had available for adoption. We were not ready to adopt just yet. We have two older chihuahua's we rescued ourselves and we're not quite ready to adopt yet. Thank you to the staff for their friendliness and caring!!!

Lots of cats and dogs to adopt or shelter while they wait for a home! The staff is limited and does a great job with very few volunteers. It's tough to see the animals that haven't been treated right by their owners but the staff is so good with them.If you're looking for a way to give back and volunteer there I totally suggest it! Also if you're looking to adopt and a dog or cat!

We had a dog in our backyard when we left in the morning and we came back around 2-3 pm and he was still there. We called and the guy that went to pick him up was super gentle super nice and even though the dog was dirty he put him up front on the passenger seat with him and not in the back. Truly amazing service totally recommend

Adopted 2 kittens from here and the folks that work here are hardworking and passionate about their work. They’re helpful and I appreciate all they do for the animals that come thru their door.

I was at Care and realized then gave out my cat without my consent and I was trying to find him after my ex decided to turn him in without my consent now given out without my permission told me to f off (explicit) and I blame my ex boyfriend and care to notify me and I'm very upset and I will not help care anymore and I will refuse to go after then that experience and I was physically crying and hurt so I'm not going support this cause I recognized only Seattle king county humane society and after all this I have no choice but boycott and stop going and support them the policy will not be enough and how now I will have no idea or ask for service and I don't care after today experience and try to call me to an number is no longer available and not called me to my other cell I have to set real boundaries I don't care how much they apologize I don't want to deal with them and how I was treated now I want this 501 c 3 remove and to then my concerns are not valid and out of hate by business is illegal and inhumane and I don't want to cater about there cause I'm deciding to not support agency that supports good people but bad politics and policies and if they don't change their mind behavior and logic it will be a threat to me and my wisdom and my heart and I noticed that they care but in a small place and I don't think it's safe that hold etc and accept animals that are not ready or whatever and force to email but not get responses I hold them accountable and there bad behavior and respect for LGBT or people with disabilities now is huge deal and I don't take bad behavior it's not safe to me and my welfare and how they misunderstood politics policies that then not give acknowledgement or anything then give them right to do whatever they want and do I am sorry that I need to say something but not sorry I lost another animal do to abuse and neglect to tell me or whatever so I can suggest that anyone goes there be for warn and ask for all there policies and procedures and beliefs and before you adopt an animal I do cry and feel left out and let down and for business it's not a real business
