Came in Today and got 2 IPhone 16e
They never have other colors than black hence my 4 stars. Other than that, I like their customer service. I belive in giving feedback and everytime I go I see the same girl, brenda. Shes really nice and maybe of few words but is fast. Happy with my new phones. Glad to be one of the loyal customers who they offered these phones to for $50 each. Boost definitely has the best deals with no attachments.

Guillermo was an amazing and sweet guy to work with. He has now helped me on two different occasions to get a phone. Both times he was understanding and went out of his way to help me. He works hard and is very knowledgeable about product and operations of the store. I will always come back to this store to get a phone because of him. He knows how to treat his customers.

So I broke my phone I called and got a replacement overnight shipped when it came I ended up on the phone for over an hour and a half my guy at this boost sore location I have going to for the past fore years this guy was awesome he said bring me the phones I'll get you right man not even fifteen min he had my new phone set up new case and screen protector and saved me even more stress I don't know how many times I have come into this branch but I always get awesome customer services

(According to my bank this place is operating under illegal business practices!!!!!)
I walked into this store after I had signed up online for Boost mobile. I traveled from Seattle which was over an hour away by bus with my child and tried to purchase 2 boost mobile sim cards since they were out of them close to my home. When I got there a employee named Guillermo was trying to deny us any service since we purchased our plan online. And even tried to deny selling me a sim card because I did my purchase online. I was still there to purchase a sim cards for 2 $22 so I did not have to wait for the card they were mailing and my child and I had working phones. I went to target, Fred Meyer, and Best buy and they were all out (I was never trying to get a free sim card.) I knew if I wanted service I had to purchase my own. I showed him my receipt of purchase on my phone and at this point I was angry because he denied service because because I did not sign in there little shop. Saying I could only have a sim card if I purchased my plan in there store. Lying and telling me they don't sell sim cards to the public repeatedly saying I wasn't a boost customer but specifying I wasn't there customer. After some arguing I was sold the sim card I asked for the help to activate it since I was there and was now a customer who made a purchase in there store. He than refused even after I paid $22 there to even help setting up the phone saying I was not a customer. I did not sign up at there specific shop so to them I was not a Boost mobile customer. And was telling me to go to the metro PCs store and sort out what I needed to get. To transfer my phone to there company.
He refused service wouldn't honor that they were a chain store/corporation. He hinted I would be a customer and could get store help if I cancelled my previous transaction with there company and came in and signed with them.. I was so mad. Businesses especially corporations can't act that way. I walked away for about ten minutes and came back and demanded my money back. The guy wasn't wearing a name tag but said his name Guillermo. And was working on October 8 at 7 pm.
I got a refund on the sim cards. And the next morning canceled my contract and was only a boost mobile customer for less than 12 hours. This place operates under a fraudulent practices that doesn't reflect there corporation. My bank and metro PCs employees are directing me to government agencies to FCC because this place operates on illegal business practices. Especially since I would have to do over my contract with there company twice. Forcing me to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund on my first contract which would be a contract that was exactly the same as the first one made 4 hours prior. After all the trouble and hours wasted I still have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back. I was a boost mobile customer for less than 12 hours. This is store is total garbage. Now I am waiting on a call from there corporate office which is just more headache. Don't waste your time with this store.

He lied!!! He told us we paid for 2 months of service and now we are short on other bills due to his lie. He said it was a mistake but we asked him 4 different times before purchase if this was legit and he guaranteed it was good. Now 30 days later the phone is off and we owe $60. Thanks. He also DID NOT make his mistake right. He said he gave wrong information and it was his fault but I am paying for his mistake. I don't know how anyone stays with Boost with people like him.
