I’ve been a regular customer at this auto zone for a while now but the experience that I had today was unacceptable and outrageous specially by an older man when I walked up to him to ask a Ava quest only to get treated in A very unethical and disrespectful manner I would try a different auto zone or there is plenty of auto parts stores in Burien

Earlier today I had gone grocery shopping and when I came out my car wouldn’t start. I walked over to the Burien Auto Zone and was helped br Keith. He charged my battery and then told me to drive to the store so he could check the battery out. I told him that I was going to buy a new battery and he said to wait until he checked out my battery. After he checked it out he said that I would need to get a new battery. Keith was friendly, efficient and very friendly with this widow of 82 years. I know that I will shop at AutoZone wherever I need anything for my car

This is a shout out to Sunrise.
We pulled into Autozone because our F150 blew a Fuse and we had no brake lights and no turn signals.
Sunrise took care of us. She popped off the panel under the dash and checked the fuse...blown. And then we went and found more and done.
She is a sweet and heartwarming soul that has a beautiful personality.
This Autozone is soooo lucky to have her. Thanks Sunrise!

The service was smooth and fast, Sunrise is a friendly employee and works fast replacing the battery for my honda crv. Great service in this AutoZone location!!

I like the cashier Sunrise there at Burien Autozone. She was kind, and has a big smile. She helped me purchase my oil, & my oil filter for my truck. If you want great service go there.

I'd give'em 5 stars but the part I ordered was supposed to be overnighted, which we paid an extra $12- for, and it didn't come in that Friday so I had to wait until the following Tues for it. Now it probably wasn't their fault cause they said the company hadn't shipped it yet, and the $12- was refunded, but I still didn't feel comfortable giving 5 stars under the circumstances. Other than that, it was a 5 star experience. The cashier was great and the part was correct.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! This place rocks!! The service people there went above and beyond. I wont go anywhere else for whatever I need for my car!! Sunrise put my battery in for me and not only did a great job but took care of other problems I had with my car.Shes a beautiful person inside and outside.She was so knowledgeable and so helpful.You can tell she cares about her customers and Auto Zone is so lucky to have her on their team.Sunrise...if you read the reviews I hope you see this one. I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Thank you for taking such good care of my car. Any business you work for is lucky to have you!!

Best place i been too. Kevin that works there one of the mechanics. He helped me and took his own time and energy to help me put in a new alternator. He deff deserves a raise and also he was super kind and very professional and with it. Go here please! He saved me from getting into an accident with my toddler. In hard times right now. And he was there. Amazing mechanic
